Thank you Danny for helping me so much with my website and instagram account. I am so happy to be able to hire a professional to take care of my marketing needs so I can focus on my work. What was great about Danny and his team were how much investigation they did to help me figure out my brand and brand voice so that there was a coherent theme to all my platforms. They were patient and asked me many questions about various things each step of the way. Each question led to careful execution of those aspects so the public could better understand my services. I am happy to have this team on my side going forward for my marketing needs. read more

These guys are a sham... I payed them about a quarter million dollars to build me an app with an accompanying website. I got a fairly functioning app but never got my website. I eventually just gave up and fired them... their app developer used my app on his resume to get another job. Danny is a nice guy but he will say anything and everything to get your money. They might be good at simple projects... but if you need something complicated, go somewhere else!!! I lost so much money here that I nearly lost my company. I honestly never leave such bad reviews like this (check my profile) but these guys deserve it. I've got better service from teenagers before!! Just don't hire these guys... there are better web design company's in LA read more

Giraffe Builders, Head, and Shoulders above the rest! Let me start by explaining my situation. I spent months, looking for an agency! No one was owning the sales process and making me feel comfortable investing in a new website. Having worked in the tech space for ten years I like to think, I'm pretty savvy and update with the pros and cons of working with an agency and was not afraid to spend the money to get the vision I wanted. I took the plunge with an agency who later turned out to be leading me up the garden path with there competency. I was $1500 down and decide to cut my losses and continue my search. What a mistake! You live and learn. My paranoia was at an all-time high! I then got introduced to Danny Alsaffar CEO from Giraffe Builders. Danny spent time understanding my requirements and relaxed me into the process. Within days we were rocking. I was beyond excited because he shared my vision and challenged me on a number of my points. Great! That's what I wanted. GB, crushed every deadline and we built an excellent understanding with Daniella who was instrumental in pulling the pieces together. Every company needs a Daniella. Energy, Drive with a passion for customer service. I loved using their project management tools! I work best when there is something to see, GB presented me with numerous visuals allowing me to point and aim feedback. So many agencies out there want to create a cookie cutter site and move on to the next. GB could not be further from this and genuinely felt like Danny was just as excited as me to complete the challenge. Can not thank them enough for there work and would happily speak to anyone that is looking to review their services. Fantastic work, you're the best agency in the jungle! Worst customer service I called to get a estimate and they were rude. Would not recommend it to anyone else

Ive spent weeks trying to research and ask around for someone to help me make my website for my business. I couldn't find anyone that knowledgeable enough or could not understand what I needed done. Until one day I was speaking to a friend about the trouble I've been going through of not finding the right help my friend had referred me to Danny! Danny was amazing and was very thorough. Danny and his team gave me excellent customer service and I will recommend him to anyone in need of web design. read more

I called around and got several quotes but Danny was the only person who responded verbally with additional information which I needed to hear. After all is said and done they did an awesome job! Daniela was a treat to work with. If I had any questions they responded very quickly. They were very professional and created my branding which took only one try. They got it correct the first time. I had many trys before but this is the only place that knew what I wanted. I can't say enough about the team. Daniela especially helped me and got my requests done when asked in a reasonable amount of time. The whole project which included a branding kit, website, social media setups all done on time and for the price quoted. I highly recommend them. If I ever need anything else I am only going to them. read more

Hands down this is the best company I've worked with for my social media!!! I had no engagement on my Instagram and Facebook page for my construction company and did not have the time to manage this by myself. I had an intern that did some part time work but was not an expert like Danny and his team at GiraffeBuilder. They took my brand from zero to hero and now I don't have to even think about it. Thank you for the phenomenal posts and work you guys do everyday! read more

This company was absolutely terrible with building our site. They were not able to maintain a commitment to our vision or design/functionality of the website. Our ask never changed, but Giraffebuilders ability to meet our ask went from "definitely, not a problem", to "pay us more money" and finally "we can't do it unless you pay us significantly more money". Highly unprofessional and horrible experience that my organization hasn't had with any other vendor or company. read more

We used GiraffeBuilders to develop our website for the first time. And as a designer and IT first thing came up that Danny is absolutely creative, very professional, and does project always on time. Which is so critical when we were on such a short time clock. As far as price goes, cannot thank Danny to work on the project with the budget we have. When they say you get what you paid doesn't apply here! Very happy. Definitely doing my future projects with GiraffeBuilder. read more

I started my own blog a while ago and I attempted to build it on my own. It was way harder than I thought! I got a quote from giraffe builder and within about 3 weeks my blog was live and ready to use. I also chose to do the seo services and my blog gets way more hits so I think I'll stick to the monthly plan with them. Awesome team. read more

Giraffebuilder was very patient with me throughout my website and redesign building process. They were very responsive to my needs and questions. One night when I was confused and upset, the owner even called me at 11pm at night to ease my concerns. This company went above and beyond for me; being particularly patient with me after my Mom unexpectedly died in the middle of our work together. The cost was fair and my final product is wonderful. Was completely ripped off by danny aka giraffe builder. Never completed site was absolutely rude and one of the most unprofessional companies Ive ever had to work with. Saw other reviews that weren't so great and wonder how many of these "good" reviews danny has paid for??. Saw in one of the reviews that is no longer on the main page but in the hidden bottom ones that he did the same thing in asking us to give good review before the work was even completed. Defiantly do your homework and dont let him ask you BEFORE the work is completed to give him a positive review. read more

GiraffeBuilder just completed my website and I'm very happy with the results. Over the past several months I worked with a few design companies and by far GiraffeBuilder is the most professional. I worked with Daniela and Danny who were always available and put together a finished product that was beyond my expectation. I would highly recommend GirraffeBuilder. Very satisfied Customer. To start, Giraffe Builder designed my amazing logo! It's perfect...Next, they rushed a job to get me pamphlets and cards in time for a conference I was attending. And finally, the team created an amazing website. The work is outstanding...a beautiful sense of artistic design and organizational layout work come together to bring contemporary, elegant, and functional results. I LOVE the finished products. As the owner of a start-up personal business, I have been so very impressed with Danny and his team at Giraffe Builder. Their patience and fortitude in working with me and my tech deficit coupled with my crazy busy schedule has been amazing. Oh, and also, Danny's customer service is really fantastic too. Every interaction I've had with him has made me smile. Thanks Giraffe Builder! read more

My experience with Giraffe builders. I had gone onto Yelp to find a good website builder and designer, Giraffe was one of three that I found. I contacted the different businesses and felt comfortable with Danny and choose his business to construct, host and help design the my website. My staff and I had a meeting with Danny to go over the website, website hosting, and contract; it seemed to have gone well. Once the contract was signed and was ready to create my website we started sending over our designs and everything started off well but then it all changed. Once everything was signed and the designs where in progress I was pushed by Danny to publish a review of their services on yelp before the completion of the job. I never voiced my feelings as I felt if I did the job would be not treated well and getting the job done on time. When Giraffe builders came back with a design it did not really resemble the concept we had sent them. We discussed this with them back and forth a couple of times each time they "tried" to correct the issues but we would end up with more issues that had to be addressed from their work. We had signed the contract and thought we will just struggle through with this and somehow get the design that we wanted, the site that was promised never materialized. After 6 months we walked away ending our contract after having to do much of the work on inputting our shopping cart numbers ourselves which we were told that they would be doing, while being belittled, yelled at and told "I don't need your money" while trying to work with them. It did not end well. read more

As good as it gets. I was sitting in Starbucks and I overheard Danny of GiraffeBuilder speaking to one of his clients, I was impressed with his deep knowledge of business and marketing. I majored in marketing in college and I was impressed. I know how rare it is to find a web designer that sees the big picture of a website as a marketing tool, gets involved with the marketing and doesn't just see it as design. I am absolutely thrilled with the modern, clean, cutting edge design and the way he conceptualized my business. He was attentive, professional and always available to speak and just a pleasure to deal with more than I could imagine any designer would be. He spent more time on me than I deserved! Just check out his work, I'm sure you'll be impressed and want him to work on yours too. read more
