When my cousin came to me for help on her website for her diamond business. www.theloosediamond.com…read moreI told her I barely know how to set up my own home printer. Luckily my friend referred me to someone he found on Yelp when he wanted to start an online business. The previous vendor that set up her site didn't do such a great job and there were always glitches. Once something was fixed, another thing broke. We called up The Martian Team and spoke with Jeff. Jeff was friendly and not pushy trying to sell me stuff we didn't need. They broke down how much it would cost and how long it would take. They also offer a flat monthly or hourly maintenance rate. JavaScript, SEO, HTML, ...... Blah blah blah. I spoke w a different web design company and a web designer. They tried to push something called SEO because they were an SEO company and that was the only product they work with. Then they tried to refer me to an internet marketing company. @#$% ... Internet marketing??? We just need the buttons to work! I'm glad Jeff broke it down into plain English for us and explained the bugs on the site. The site looks great now. My cousin was so happy now that she doesn't have to worry about Shopping cart glitches or error messages anymore and if she does, she has a reliable web team she can go to.

I was trying to find an Armenian marketing company in order to keep an easy communication with them. Thankfully, a friend recommended me to reach out to XP Design. I scheduled a meeting with them, and we had an in-depth discussion about my vision. We reviewed the locations I had in mind for the restaurant, discussed social media promotions, and planned essential assets like the menu, screen displays, flyers, and other materials. As a new partner, they offered me to set up my business on Doordash, Uber Eats and GrubHub and helped me with professional photoshoots and editing for which I am really grateful for them!

I needed help printing several important documents, and although this is not a service they normally provide to the general public, the team went out of their way to assist me. What stood out most was the way I was treated throughout the entire interaction. Everyone was professional, respectful, patient, and genuinely helpful. I never felt like I was inconveniencing them or being rushed. Instead, they took the time to make sure my documents were handled properly and that I had what I needed. Their willingness to help someone when there was really nothing in it for them spoke volumes about the ethics and culture of this company. Good customer service is one thing, but showing compassion, integrity, and professionalism when you are not obligated to do so is something entirely different. I left extremely grateful for their assistance and with a great deal of respect for PrintEfex. Their team represented the company exceptionally well, and I would feel completely confident recommending PrintEfex to anyone looking for a printing company that takes both its work and the way it treats people seriously. Thank you again for going above and beyond. Acts of kindness and professionalism like this genuinely matter.

I had a file on USB from our graphic designer, but there were a couple of small issues: the file wasn't lined up correctly for double-sided printing and also the border spacing incorrect for a full-bleed print job. Thankfully, Leilani (the most helpful, sweet graphic design/print angel ever!) helped me with both of those issues. She problem solved and printed a copy, problem solved and printed a copy, until the print came out absolutely perfectly. Initially I was worried they only did huge commercial printing jobs, but they actually do small ones as well. Twenty copies, full-bleed, full-color, plus cutting, scoring, folding, on thick quality paper, and all done in under two days! Thanks Leilani and Bob -- will refer you guys to all my friends and will be back myself for sure for future print jobs.

They customized my grad sash really quickly, communicated well, and overall made my week!…read more They responded to my email request within a day and provided a clear quote and timeline. They charged $60 for a total of 4 additions (definitely better than other quotes), and estimated a 5 business day turnaround. When I got there, they kept their word and Jackie showed me the different flag and font options they had and sketched them, making it a lot easier for me to preview and decide whether to go forward. I paid upfront, and I got a message just 2 days later asking me to approve the placements and everything. Surprisingly, they finished it just one day after I approved it, even though they'd originally estimated a 4-day turnaround (including the weekend)! When I picked up the sash, I couldn't have been more pleased! Jackie's communication and friendliness really helped with my apprehension about possibly not getting what I'd envisioned.
