Can't say enough about what these guys did for me. Firstly, I walk in 4 days before my event needing a backdrop made with my company logo on it and they jump at the opportunity to help me. We go over basics, size, file format, placement and finally set up and tear down. They agree to set up the backdrop for me on a SUNDAY! How great is that?! I get home, send them the files they needed, the next morning I had a proof and 2 days later Steve was at the event putting up the frame. These guys are super professional, didn't oversell anything and they got the job done. As a new business, looks are everything so I'll be going back to iPrint VIP for years to come. They are competitively priced and didn't try to negotiate a higher cost because of the urgency and time frame I needed this done, that goes a long way with me. Great job guys! Thank you, my backdrop was perfect! I posted this review and then decided to read what others said, I'm shocked that anyone would have a bad experience with them. They have been around for over 10 years, I'm sure if they were that bad they would have closed up shop a long time ago. I'm sure these were one-off issues and probably miscommunication played a huge role.

Going to the DMV I didn't have a print of my documents. This is the best place to go if you do not want to be overcharged and you don't mind walking for 2 or 3 minutes. These people are honest, very easy to talk and you enjoy their presence & energy. And of course they are professional and do their job well. The worst customer service I have ever experienced when working with a printing company!!!!!! . Serj never returns phone calls and doesn't follow through with your order placed. I called many times to find out when I can pickup my order and the other guy names Sevan who answers the phone is so rude and has such attitude. I canceled my order and took my business elsewhere. I will not provide this company with any further business. Terrible customer service. PLEASE read all of the other negative reviews before placing your order here, it was such a regreat that we didn't prior to placing our order. Thank god for YELP. read more

Unfortunately this company has no patience neither are very militant and precise on their schedule and whatever they perform it's very lousy. I wish I had to be mounted for the third time because have several letters individually have had to be posted and mounted to the wall they did not know how to do it price that they quoted us for the first time was ridiculous after talking to them they realized they made a mistake according to them which I don't believe that. I will strongly recommend never go back to this company you will definitely wasting your money which I did and I regretted it read more

I placed an order for business cards they said it will be ready 2 weeks. I called to check on my order when 2 weeks passed. They said another 2 weeks. (crazy huh?) so I kept calling these guys and it took them a month to print 1000 business cards. Every time I called they said they will put the order today but they never did I guess until a full month passed. And when I finally got my order it was printed on a wrong paper. So, they refunded my money and printed another set for free. I had to wait another 2 weeks for that. Very unorganized and bad customer service. read more

I needed 25 yard signs and wire stands. They had the order ready and delivered it to me by the end of the week. I later realized they had given me 5 extra signs as well. I'm not sure if that was on purpose or not but either way I really appreciated it and it was a pleasant surprise. The quality was amazing! They looked great even after being outside for over a month. I was scared the quality of my art was low resolution but it looked amazing once it was printed. Berj was so nice, helpful, and responsive! If you ever need to get a print job done fast, this is definitely the place to go!

(Serviced 06/23/26 TU @ 4:15pm): This depot was strictly for office business!…read more It's been over a decade since I last visited Office Depot's La Crescenta location, but the timing was perfect because I was in the area for a separate reason. With all of the consolidation in the office supplies industry over the past couple of decades, I think the only ones left standing were Office Depot, Staples, and to a lesser extent FedEx, with companies such as Office Max and Kinko's having been absorbed from competitors. I've been making extended copies at my local Staples, but the costs have continuously gone up as they closed in on a dollar a page on heavy-weight paper which I really didn't need. So, I opted to try the competitor in hopes of saving some money. Was I able to deposit some money back into the bank after using this office store from my printing needs!? PURCHASE(S) 8.5"x11" Double-Sided Color Printouts ($0.70 x130): I needed to print a recent summary inspection report for an investment property we acquired to give to our general contractor as a checklist of things to focus on and repair over time. Although the per-page rate was slightly cheaper than what I've experienced, it wasn't that much different to go somewhat out of my way. The printing quality was fine, the speed was a tad slow, but it got the job done. SERVICE At this time, there were only two employees, and I was the only customer. With no salutations from either of them, I easily headed towards the self-service copy center, checked out the machines, read whatever signage there was as to how the machines worked and payment, and then attempted to make copies. Nope; something went wrong! I tried several times on the same machine to no avail. I went to another copier and finally things were working properly. After about ten minutes, my print job was done, I paid at the machine, I asked a young male salesperson for a bag to put my copies in, and I casually walked out the door. For my needs, all of this was fine, but I sorely hoped this wasn't the norm. PARKING (FREE): They had their own private spacious lot - 'nuff said. ATMOSPHERE, DÉCOR, AMBIENCE A large boxy warehouse store filled wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling and multitudes of aisles stocked with a ton of various office supplies of anything you could imagine. There was plenty of space between the aisles, shelves, and floor displays, with a smattering of promotional ads/posters about. Minimal natural lighting came through the large front windows and doors while soul-sucking fluorescent electric ceiling lights filled in the rest. There weren't any TVs while I couldn't recall any background music. ATTIRE Totally casual, so I would normally be in a t-shirt, boardshorts, and flip-flops. OVERALL La Crescenta's Office Depot served its purpose, but for future office service needs, I'll more than likely return to a Staples closer to me. I didn't find much differentiation between the two brands, I had a few Staples closer to me and where I normally was, and this particular location was simply dreadful in feeling like all life was sucked out of it. I walked around, and I saw nothing (even less!) that I couldn't get at Staples. The printing prices may've been slightly less, but it wasn't worth it. And, the service was mostly non-existent and hidden. I found good value based on the prices, service, and experience noted above (TOTAL paid experience was around $100.00 BEFORE any discounts, points usage, and/or tip). And, they accepted my credit card of choice... AMEX! 3.0 STARS

i started a local bar tending service and needed to get printing done a good friend of my recommended iprint vip, as soon as i went in surge the designer there stared filling my head with great ideas i had a logo drawn up but my file type was wrong not a problem for him in less then five minutes he had my logo looking professional and universal i took them up on the $20 business cards offer i got 1,000 business cards full color both sides for $20 and had to hook up my crew with gear so i got some t-shirts printed and stickers as well these guys are very professional and quick definitely going back in the near future for some more banners and gear thanks surge-John T read more

I have hired these guys many times. They always give a little extra each time. Their work is excellent and they are easy to work with. I have used them for signage on my storefront as well as tshirts, stickers and all of my banners for my booth used at a convention. They offer ideas on the best way to brand your product as well.
