Can't say enough about what these guys did for me. Firstly, I walk in 4 days before my event needing a backdrop made with my company logo on it and they jump at the opportunity to help me. We go over basics, size, file format, placement and finally set up and tear down. They agree to set up the backdrop for me on a SUNDAY! How great is that?! I get home, send them the files they needed, the next morning I had a proof and 2 days later Steve was at the event putting up the frame. These guys are super professional, didn't oversell anything and they got the job done. As a new business, looks are everything so I'll be going back to iPrint VIP for years to come. They are competitively priced and didn't try to negotiate a higher cost because of the urgency and time frame I needed this done, that goes a long way with me. Great job guys! Thank you, my backdrop was perfect! I posted this review and then decided to read what others said, I'm shocked that anyone would have a bad experience with them. They have been around for over 10 years, I'm sure if they were that bad they would have closed up shop a long time ago. I'm sure these were one-off issues and probably miscommunication played a huge role.

Going to the DMV I didn't have a print of my documents. This is the best place to go if you do not want to be overcharged and you don't mind walking for 2 or 3 minutes. These people are honest, very easy to talk and you enjoy their presence & energy. And of course they are professional and do their job well. The worst customer service I have ever experienced when working with a printing company!!!!!! . Serj never returns phone calls and doesn't follow through with your order placed. I called many times to find out when I can pickup my order and the other guy names Sevan who answers the phone is so rude and has such attitude. I canceled my order and took my business elsewhere. I will not provide this company with any further business. Terrible customer service. PLEASE read all of the other negative reviews before placing your order here, it was such a regreat that we didn't prior to placing our order. Thank god for YELP. read more

Unfortunately this company has no patience neither are very militant and precise on their schedule and whatever they perform it's very lousy. I wish I had to be mounted for the third time because have several letters individually have had to be posted and mounted to the wall they did not know how to do it price that they quoted us for the first time was ridiculous after talking to them they realized they made a mistake according to them which I don't believe that. I will strongly recommend never go back to this company you will definitely wasting your money which I did and I regretted it read more

I placed an order for business cards they said it will be ready 2 weeks. I called to check on my order when 2 weeks passed. They said another 2 weeks. (crazy huh?) so I kept calling these guys and it took them a month to print 1000 business cards. Every time I called they said they will put the order today but they never did I guess until a full month passed. And when I finally got my order it was printed on a wrong paper. So, they refunded my money and printed another set for free. I had to wait another 2 weeks for that. Very unorganized and bad customer service. read more

They do operate out of two locations, so I ended up having to pick up my order from their Chatsworth location instead of North Hollywood. I didn't mind though since they did offer me a way better price for my print than anyone else nearby, so I felt it was worth the trade off. On top of it being a quality vinyl print, they also made a second one for me at no extra charge as a backup, which was super appreciated! I've installed cut wall vinyl once before and I did in fact need a second one after messing up installation on the first. So I was amazed that they thought of that before I could even ask. Plus they gave me tips on installation and demonstrated how best to position and peel the vinyl. Just overall top notch service! They'll definitely be my go to for any future print orders.

Their willingness to help someone when there was really nothing in it for them spoke volumes about the ethics and culture of this company. Good customer service is one thing, but showing compassion, integrity, and professionalism when you are not obligated to do so is something entirely different. I left extremely grateful for their assistance and with a great deal of respect for PrintEfex. Eric has always made sure anything we made, carbon copies, brochures, receipts, folders, etc. has been the best quality. They have a pretty quick turnaround time as well! I have also used Copy Central for my own personal business in real estate and the work they have done for me has always been perfect! Part I: Production of Service…read more I drove by this business for weeks as it appeared often closed. I finally stopped by and went to check---to my surprise it was open. We had a delightful conversation about my trials and attempts to visit store w/ making very general advisements to make his business appear open. I told him I consult businesses on this very matter. But, I did not come to "consult" just to share my experiences as a [Consultant] to further qualify my advisements and recommendations. See Photos [initial greetings, directions and instructions pertaining to my order, and "follow-up" email. I NEVER heard from the person, manager, store owner. There was no consideration for "the time" taken to drive by and walk-in, to engage in conversation, briefly and to offer no explanation for choosing not to accept the order, request and my business--is disgraceful, dismissive and unfair. I found the owner, Haig to be timid, shallow and clearly not a sufficient communicator, a skill which I require before I accept any business. I'm glad, Haig, the owner revealed himself beforehand. Buyer Beware Part II: Customer Service [ ZERO Stars ] Haig, owner of PrintOnAll--did no work. So therefore, are no "stars" to be earned. Haig, failed the customer before providing service to his customer. This is often an unprofessional small and big business pattern to "forfeit consumer relationship" before "the relationship" begins. This type of business merchant will have no problem "coming from behind the curtain" to dispute my observations and defend his character by his mis-handling of both business decisions and dealings. BUYER BEWARE-- customer comes before service and communication before business. I wish Haig good business leadership and encourage him to work on his social skills and business practices. My consulting tip: the sustainability of business is determined by establishing a social relation with your customer before a transactional relationship with their cash or credit. "Staying in business" is predicated upon "doing business later--not now" "repeat business" walk-ins and referrals--you should give absolute priority to explain yourself and allow the customer to be apart of the process to assist in the improvement and repairing of the relationship between both the business merchant and customer. To learn "what kind of customer" I am "after-the-fact" is a total loss for us both. Whether or not, you wanted my money--I still had money to spend for services I still needed. Haig, as a former potential customer, I was setting the stage--to ensure my customer satisfaction with your products and services--not yours. Good luck.
