The Strata IT team has been supporting my company since 2013. They have been instrumental in…read morehelping our LA office grow and scale, and do so in an organized and secure way. We started with 8 employees and now have over 55. They have been with us every step of the way, steering us in the right direction with our networking equipment and computer purchases. When I wanted to go with a cheaper firewall, they stayed the course and spent extra time illustrating to me the value of a different option. We still have that device today and it has been an excellent security tool for us. I appreciate the team having my company's best interest in mind, especially in the longer-term; seeing the bigger picture for me. Strata developed an IT standardization policy for us that I believe has saves us tens of thousands of dollars over the last few years. The IT consultation has always been proactive and based on facts. The reports we receive are very helpful in understanding our risks, budget requirements, and the progress we are making in moving our company forward by using technology to increase our revenue generating potential. It can take a long time to build trust with an outside vendor, and Pete and his team have certainly earned ours. I highly recommend Strata IT.

All of a sudden the macbook was shutting off (the screen was shutting down and there was some noise that seemed to be related to the RAM) I contacted João and he was able to help right away. The problem was intermittent and he advised us to get a new memory RAM from a store in NY. He bought the memory for us and installed but after a couple of weeks the problem came back. He returned the memory to the store. João suggested a shop in NY that are specialized in Macbooks repairs, so he paid and sent the Macbook Pro to them. We got the Macbook back after a month and again after a couple of days the problem came back. At the end we returned the Macbook Pro to João and he gave us full refund. I was sad that I didn't have a Macbook Pro anymore but in other hand I was very happy to know João and he got my trust and my business for life. The way he handle the situation it was beyond my expectations. From that day forward anything I need related to IT, website, Computers, setting up things at home I go João - Function Key - fn.

I really appreciate his honesty and professionalism. Consulting with Dan is a breeze. He listens to what you need and makes an honest assessment of where he thinks you will best be served and presents the options in a simple and intelligent way. He guided me through upgrading my phone, computer, and what software to incorporate into my upcoming book tour. I trust what he says because there are few people who know more about what a small or big company would be best off with. Dan has also been my neighbor and his commitment to my work and business doesn't really differ from living on the same street. He seeks logical, simple, affordable, and honest solutions for what will best serve my needs as a sole proprietor... and as a resident of our very complex neighborhood and it's issues. While there is never an easy solution when it comes to the intersection of commerce, technology, and humanity, Dan and H Station certainly made it pain free for me and my team. Grateful.
