Let's see - I use these guys for my website and I'm very satisfied. Just to give you a little back-story: I'm a personal trainer. Having an online presence is everything - otherwise I'd be broke as hell. I used to have a decent website, but problem is that it was mainly flash format....and from what I understand is that flash isn't very optimal for some tablets and mobile devices. Some of my potential customers couldn't even see my website from their Apple ipads. So - I needed to change up the website and decided I'd go the cheap way: My way + self education + create it myself. So I did tons of research and endless nights learning how to do html code, etc for WordPress. I installed the WordPress app in my GoDaddy account and created my website from scratch using WordPress. Problem is that I'm not a computer genius and there were so many different flaws and minor coding issues on my site that I couldn't get fixed. Not to mention the constant updates that needed to be done on the apps and plug-ins that I had no idea how to do and backup the respective codes before updating everything...So.........in comes webVDEO. I called these guys up and they took a look at my site, gave me an estimate which was beyond fair and reasonable and got to work on fixing some of the issues on my WordPress page; one of my links wasn't working and I couldn't find why or what HTML code had gone wrong. They got the site up and running within a day that following evening and I was very pleased at how knowledgeable they were at helping me. Half the time I spend with online web-builders and search engine optimize specialists they are limited in their knowledge, stick to trying to selling me a product I don't need, and/or spend way too long trying to get my stuff in order. But these guys were very fast and very helpful so I'm really grateful I gave them a shot......and hence this review. I think this shall explain why we all must NEVER try to do things ourselves. If you don't know anything about weightlifting, hire a trainer for a few months and learn. If you clogged up your toilet, hire a plumber. If you need a haircut, go to a barber. And when it comes to website and online presence, I've learned that although you can learn yourself - you'll ALWAYS - and I do mean always - need the help of a professional no matter what.
