I ordered a magnetic banner for my vehicle ,but it fell off in less than 30 minutes and the car behind me rolled over it-so I couldn't use it. I washed my car before picking up the banner to attach it properly but it still wasn't working. Worse than that, the owner's customer service is also atrocious, as she blames everything on the customer even though she sells inferior products. Best priced banner place that I know of , I've gotten banners , stickers , signs , and random stuff and the same stuff I order here is about 3 to 4 times more expensive at the smaller shops along Vermont close to the USC area . I was picking up some business cards for my mother, but business cards came out not as wanted due to some miscommunications. I am okay with the design mix up, but the way they handled the issue is incredibly infuriating and unacceptable. The guy who worked on the business card was on the phone with my mother (using my phone), but after about 10 seconds of complaint he let out a big sigh and threw the phone on the table and walked away to his desk without saying anything. I first thought he was checking his computer for records, but I was left standing at the counter without any explanation for many minutes. Some other employee was wondering what I was doing standing at the counter alone and called out for the guy. He came back to the counter with an agitated look on his face and started explaining that he did nothing wrong and I would have to place another order if I want to fix the design. Clearly, he had absolutely no will to even try to come up with a resolution and was aggravating the situation instead. The business cards were already paid for, but this guy said "you're going to have to pay for the cards before leaving". I guess I must have looked like a thief to his eyes instead of a customer. I got fed up with this guy and asked this guy why he's treating me so poorly and why he threw my phone on the table. He claimed that he never threw my phone and instead just placed it on the counter. Apparently throwing a phone on a counter hard enough to make a "thud" sound is just "placing" it for him. His non-apology for this action saying "I'm sorry you saw it that way" was more slap on the face. I was trying to calm my anger and there was brief moment of silence. His co-worker was walking by and asked what's going on. He replied to his co-worker saying "I did everything as agreed and now he's complaining" nonchalantly, while I'm standing right in front of him. This guy must be used to treating his customers this way. I do not know how other employees are at this place, but if this is how even one of their employees treat their customers I see absolutely no reason to do ANY business with this place. read more

First time writing a bad review on yelp. Extremely hard to work with. I ordered business cards with them. When I sent them my file, they said that they cannot print it because the font will break on their end. I mean if you are a printing company, at least suggest me ways to make it work right? I even told them I was not stubborn about the font in advance too. Then I directly asked them if they were going to turn me away because of this simple reason. They looked like they did not want to do their job honestly. After having to ask her multiple times if really can't print because of the font. She changed the font and told me that she could print it. Then I noticed that she spelled my address wrong. I checked to see if I had misspelled it on the file I sent her but there were no errors on my end. I called them to see if they can reprint it. They said they cannot because they had already used the materials. I asked for a discount instead because it was a mistake on my end too for not proofreading carefully but they said no lol. This girl has no common sense and calls herself a designer, couldn't even get the basics down. She had the audacity to blame me for something she screwed up on and not take direction. I don't care if I bought a $30 banner or $100 banner, you still didn't do your job and left an unsatisfied customer who will not be coming back. I really hope management or the owner would read this. I would of gladly given a tip or paid more should service of quality be given. All she kept talking about was money and that she couldn't do more because I got a $30 banner in addition to tip. Feel bad for the owner, he must have no idea. This guy will give you a high estimate if he doesn't want to do the job.
