This went on for about a month. I spent thousands of dollars on an IT company to investigate and learned that Sunlight Media created a whole new email server for me, same email address, at GoDaddy. So, all of my emails were diverted to GoDaddy (I use business Gmail). Rather than fix the contact form on my website, they created a whole new email for me on a new server at GoDaddy. Also, when the IT company was on the back server of my site trying to investigate this, they learned that my Google Crawl (which tracks SEO) was turned off and it was turned off around the time Sunlight Media LLC built my website (the date of the change showed). Not once has Angelo accepted responsibility. Rather, he says things like his colossal mistake was within "the scope of our agreement." As if, diverting my emails to a whole new email server at GoDaddy was within the scope of our agreement when I asked him to fix the contact form on my website. Sunlight Media should reflect on their lack of professionalism and the lack of personalized attention they provide to projects. They have no care for the outcome or attention to detail. Beware.
