I approached BC Design Haus for help after a very bad experience with another design firm. Not only did they resurrect our project from the ashes, but they took it to levels we had not dreamed possible. The collection of talent amassed within this small company is unparalleled. Bernadette and her team (most notably Carlin, Winnie and Toni) excel at being able to listen in-between-your-words, picking up on subtleties you are unable to otherwise articulate. This collaboration of talent brought to life a vision my team was unable to imagine on our own. Beyond their brilliant creativity and intuition, each interaction with these women was a sincere joy. They welcomed my phone calls and visits with open arms and never did I fret having to call if I wanted a change or an addition (which was huge, given the experience I had before meeting them). Most remarkably, however, is the amount of integrity these women bring to the table. It's bottomless! They had access to our client lists, passwords, our TED speaker's contact information and links to all of our videos. Not once did I think twice about handing over the keys to our castle. In fact, I came to respect their work so much, I was eventually able to let go of the reigns altogether, trusting them to finalize a marketing campaign (and web design) we could both be very proud of.
