Art was able to diagnose the issue and repair my PC quickly- I thought it was an issue with the PSU but it was actually the motherboard- Art told me what kind to buy and set it all up for me! I dropped it off on a Thursday and picked it up on a monday- I was super worried I was going to be out of commission for a week or more. it was also a super reasonable price and he was very quick to respond to my texts and answer and questions I had. If I have PC troubles again he's the first person I'm going to! read more

The 5 star reviews are well justified. My PC's SSD failed and I tried to DIY fix it myself only to waste several days in the process. I had several urgent deadlines that I was worried I would miss, so I reached out to Art. He responded quickly and got my PC not only working again but also better - all within the same day. It now runs faster and the once howling cooling fans are whisper quiet. I strongly recommend Art. Thank you, Art! read more

Called in and the person on the phone asked me a few questions and told me that it sounds like I need a new charger instead of a laptop issue. I bought a new charger and that solved my problem. He could have made me go in for a diagnostic and charge me but instead he was friendly and solved my laptop issue in less than 5 min. Totally recommend them! If I ever actually have a PC issue, I'll take it to them read more

great dude and good price. He was quick with the service and helps you after your item is repaired.

HATE THIS PLACE!!! I took my pc here because it has water damage and the worker just looked at it for a couple of minutes and said "listen the motherboard is the problem I'll charge $300-400 but it's the same price as you'll change the motherboard" so he didn't fix it very bad repair shop never take water damaged computers here! read more

Art PC Repair - Need help laptop works but can't see or read where the white strip? - IT Services & Computer Repair Near Me - Glendale, California

Art PC is like the Room of Requirement in Hogwarts Castle. In contrast to the Room of Requirement though, it is a not so secret space. However, it does morph into a magical source of solutions to complex computer problems when an owner is in desperate need. Art is the wizard here, working diligently to fix the most difficult computer issues. Our daughter was the first to take a computer to Art. She was working on her PhD thesis when her laptop inexplicably stopped working. All her work to that point was suddenly inaccessible. Art was warm and welcoming when we first arrived. He listened carefully to her explanation of the problem she was encountering. He asked clarifying questions and reassured her that he would do his best to diagnose the problem, try to fix it and reestablish access to her work. A day or two later Art called with great news. He had successfully explored the electronic arteries within the laptop and identified and fixed the problem. The spell was broken and the PhD was back on track! The next Art PC miracle occurred when our home laptop stopped working. Ack! Not to get too technical but all of our "stuff" is on that laptop. Art was very understanding and patient while we discussed the problem; in a totally not panicky way. We left the laptop with him for his diagnostic assessment. A few days later Art called and went over his findings and how he could fix it. Apparently, no incantations or spells would be required! We were so relieved that a fix was possible. After the work was done we picked it up and Art went over everything with us while carefully listening and answering all our questions. Art is a true master. He is extremely knowledgeable as well as an incredibly nice person who cares. Each of our interactions have been very pleasant under trying circumstances. His work was meticulous in both cases with a good outcome each time. At this point we will not take a computer issue to anyone else. In a world of computer muggles Art is the wizard! read more

I messaged Art on a whim because I needed something done on my PC and this business was close to my home and is highly rated. I needed a simple PC cleaning (dust and debris) and a reapplication of thermal paste on the processor. I wasn't in a hurry so could afford to wait. Within ten minutes of messaging Art replies and is able to accomodate my request and with a very quick turnaround time. I was able to pick up my PC a few hours later and it looks and performs BRAND NEW. Art is professional, courteous, and respects your time (and wallet). I will not hesitate to go to Art again for anything related to PCs. In fact, I'm a repeat customer from a few years ago after I had asked Art to repair a damaged HDD (which he was able to restore to near 100%). The reviews here on Yelp are true and accurate - I promise you won't be disaapointed, Art is a master at his craft. read more

Don't be put off by the name, Art does Mac repair also! He has repaired several of my family's laptops. He quotes prices upfront, he is a great communicator and he really knows his business. On top of that he is a sweet and kind man who is happy to explain any technical issues without talking down to me; which is quite a feat since I am not very computer savvy. I won't go anywhere else. read more

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! I contacted Art at 3:30pm on Dec 23 and he responded super fast that he could do all of my laptop repairs in one or two days, even with the Christmas holiday. I dropped of my laptop one hour later. The next day (Christmas Eve!), he said everything was completed and I could pick up my laptop by 2pm. SUPER SUPER FAST! When I arrived to pick up my laptop, he walked through all the repairs that were done and clearly showed me the changed hardware. Art is super fast, super efficient, and charged me a very reasonable price for the fast turn around. To give you an idea what he did, I have a huge MSI gaming laptop that was having multiple issues. If you don't know, MSI laptops are horribly designed so that any upgrading of RAM or accessing the fans requires you to almost fully disassemble the entire laptop, removing the motherboard unit for access to those components underneath. In just a few hours, Art was able to: 1. Swap out the CPU and GPU fans (located in the most difficult spot to access) 2. Upgrade the RAM to new sticks (located underneath the motherboard, which requires removing everything out of the laptop) 3. Clone and install a secondary SSD to replace the HDD (cloning over 1Tb of data) 4. Replace the laptop battery that had started to swell (a typical problem for MSI laptops) 5. Reinstall everything correctly with proper thermal putty to keep things cool Everything works perfectly and my laptop is now ultra fast. Granted I had already purchased all the replacement/upgraded parts, but a good deal of skill is needed when dealing with MSI laptops. I highly recommend Art for all of your laptop repairs. Excellent work! read more

I would give this guy more stars if I could. I built my first PC, and was getting constant BSOD under various circumstances. I took my PC to Micro Center, and they were not able to fix the issue, and even misdiagnosed. Now I take it to Art, who I found due to the high reviews online, and am I thankful that I found this man! He is very knowledgeable and is just a flat out nice guy. Anyways, he was able to diagnose the issue at a very reasonable price. He also fixed the issue for me, and my computer is now running PERFECTLY. The issue has been completely resolved.
