Where did they go???? Fake). We cold called several website owners that supposedly worked with them who said good things. And yet, they quickly became the biggest point of ongoing stress, shear anger, and financial loss in our business and personal life. It's a wonder I didn't smash a hole in my wall after every encounter with them. RUN. Every single round of revisions created entirely new extraordinarily avoidable problems that consistently fell below even the most basic standards of professionalism. Most concerning was their complete lack of effort to understand our industry-- not subjective design disagreements, factual errors displayed on our informational website. Hundreds of dollars worth of our own staff time spent revising their work, manny had the nerve to say 'no client in the history of their company had ever required as many edits.' That statement delusionally ignores the reality that the overhwelming majority of those edits existed becaise their team repeatedly introduced new mistakes instead of fixing previously identified ones. This is truly only the tip of the ice berg of reasons why these guys were a nightmare. In the end, we desperately needed a new web designer to take over who confirmed that these guys used the most basic possible template and idenfitifed numerous backend issues that needed to be corrected before the site could function properly. Unwilling to apologise or take accountability, the only compensation offered was $35. !!! . Our own billable time spent correcting their mistakes exceeded that amount many times over. Not to mention the stress.... Incorrect content used... basic directions f*ed up... missed meetings...lost revisions....unbelievably poor communicate... ZERO accountability.... Almost feels like many of the reviews on here are fake. We hired them to add several new pages and landing pages to our existing website. We explicitly defined our scope of work and expected timeline to launch our website from the beginning. Many of the items we sent to David were lost in emails even after multiple rounds of Zoom calls and him recording. We worked with David and his developer, which happens to be some person outside of the US, for about 3 weeks. Eventually nothing was completed for us to launch on our existing website. After rounds of back and forth with content that we supplied and many emails asking for various items all the time, David started asking for more money and complained that wanting to launch our new pages after 3 or 4 weeks was too much for him to handle and that he was not able to work under this kind of pressure. We had no issue paying him more money as it was way cheaper to begin with (just like his service) however, it seemed like he knew he was not capable of delivering something professional after all and decided to quit. We agreed to receive our money back and part ways. Our wasted time and frustration will never get sompensated and it was clear that our time and trust to this business did not mean anything to this team. Basically zero customer service. More importantly, we really didn't appreciate the fact that they use cheap labor from some other country with language barriers and only act as a middle person. We specifically didn't want this type of service as we had interviewed several other developers on Upwork and other freelance websites, but eventually ended up getting the same level of service at a more expensive price. Basically nothing is done in house, David is just the face. Rarely inclined to leave negative reviews but unfortunately this is a fair observation based on the service that was provided to us. If you are looking for reliable trustworthy web development service, I strongly recommend staying away from this business - it's almost a scam and you will regret the time and money you spend here.

Below is a description of the efficiencies and benefits we received through this implementation. - Accounts Module. Through the use of sub ledger match and zero balance functionality, approximately 3,000 accounts are reconciled automatically. For example, revaluation accounts took 3-4 days to prepare and approve by 1 person prior to the BlackLine Implementation. Using the sub ledger match function, 800 revaluation reconciliations can be completed in 1/2 day by 1 person. - Task Module. The Task Module was implemented for SOX deliverables not tied to an Account Reconciliation, SOX review of journal entries, and activity checklists. This saved us many hours each quarter in obtaining signatures and photocopying Journal Entries and deliverables for the internal and external auditors. - Consolidation Module. The manual process to complete the ERP System to Consolidation System reconciliations of 175 company codes previously required 8 employees, 5 reams of paper, and 3 days. The BlackLine process requires 1 employee, no paper, and less than one day. In a typical month, 99% of accounts will automatically reconcile. - Matching Module. After implementation of the Matching Module, the Intercompany reconciliations were able to be completed at a transactional level rather than a balance level. This saved us valuable time finding the transactions that caused the out of balances rather than just identifying with accounts were out of balance. In addition, the Intercompany Reconciliations can be completed continuously throughout the month as opposed to month end only.
