They worked with my schedule and came up with a great concept that coincided with what the organization stood for. The organization is anonymous and helps to support a specific group in need, so they developed a morse code-inspired, S-O-S logo, website, and complementary materials and gear. we hired this business to handle our website and logo design as they did a great job with the logo it was never complete as the logo had to get work on from another designer to make it symmetrical. as for the website they did create the design but never completed it as they say it was my fault for not providing information but that seemed to always be the case as i did provide over 100 product pictures and for some reason only uploaded 16 not labeled anything. we did have a custom quote form which was great but didn't help they put their email and not mine so if there was any quote request, they received them and i didn't. don't get me wrong they do good work but don't recommend this service for any startup business or small business as they seem to focus more on larger companies and city sites.I suggest you save your money and go with a designer that will be more hands on with you and not pawn you off to someone else and just be the middle person. when I asked for a partial refund I was told it would not be possible since they said their service was completed but didn't use any of their website design and went with a different designer for the site since it was never complete. Now it looks amazing and meets our expectations. we completely wiped their design and started from scratch, only plus side from this service was there logo design but even from that they were not complete and wasn't symmetrical on both sides as we had backward E's as our logo. save your money and go with a designer that's not going to charge you a few 1000's for a service that would cost 1500 we took our losses already of a few thousand dollars and just want to warn any potential customers of this business thank you have a good day. read more
