I've also used this location to send cable receivers back to Spectrum and most recently to turn in my iPhone after upgrading. I had the boxes for the Spectrum cable receivers, but again I didn't need any shipping materials for the iPhone to be sent back to Verizon. The parking lot can be tricky and busy especially with Trader Joe's being right next door.

While service started fine, it has become an absolute operational nightmare. First, after an in-person pickup where an employee named Pat gave instructions on logging pickups, I was billed 5 separate times for only 3 pickups. When I raised the issue, customer service simply dismissed it. Worse, mail scanning has completely ceased for over a full month. Crucial federal mail from the IRS and my new business banking cards were sent directly to this address and have been completely withheld. I have zero access to my critical federal tax documents or business funds because this facility is failing to upload or release my mail. Holding federal government mail for a fully verified customer with an approved Form 1583 on file is an egregious breach of contract and a severe regulatory violation. This situation has caused immense stress and directly disrupted my ability to run my business. If you need a reliable, legally compliant virtual mailbox, stay far away from this location.

Even with a two person team handling it all- Michael the guy managing this location handled it all when my dad and I needed to do live scan. He explained what to expect, documentation I needed even if I don't have passport or necessary documentation that can be substituted and the fees. Ngl live scan here is way cheaper than going to UPS or big chains- only $50 for DOJ vs the nearly $100 cash only fee in UPS is a game changer especially if you can't get it reimbursed in full by HR. went on an Monday afternoon and the line moved quickly- and if you don't have any papers printed out, they have an email at the register that says where to email your work and Live scan documents to be printed from your phone and they'll take care of it. Only 4-5 people in line but the process is pretty quick for live scan ! Looking forward to doing it again in the future or also do Amazon returns too. The small store also has key cutting and personalised items you can get, and keychains you could buy with NFL and sports stuff on them, asides from envelopes and packing materials you can get cheaper than 1st party places.
