Very bad service to process passports. They only take 10 request and closed regardless

Quick and easy. Friendly staff and easy in and out. Location is kinda out of the way which makes it not too busy.

I give this place a solid four stars. The four stars is because this is the only USPS I go to…read morethat's around my area and I've been going here since eBay days in high school. I'm writing a review today because Aurelia with her RBF gave me my package that required a signature, without having to see my physical California ID. Gave me attitude the whole time, questioning why I go around without my ID and whatnot LMAO but ultimately let my no-ID-bringing ass slide and gave me my package. Minus one star because at the end of the transaction, after having me sign for my package, she had the audacity to ask me to do a survey asking about courtesy and if the service I received was courteous LMAO!! It was not courteous, but I felt the need to give a green smiley face since yo girl gave me my package. Lines are always out the door. Usually 3 workers. Can get your passport photos taken here. Get free USPS boxes. Etc. Pricing is standard USPS. Will only be coming back here since it's the only USPS near me. Just wanted to give Aurelia a shoutout with her wild ass customer service hahaha glad I took my ashwagandha today.

This office's appointment system is incredibly disrespectful of people's time. My appointment was…read morescheduled for 12:00 PM and it's now 1:30 PM, yet those with 11:30 AM appointments still haven't been called. Why require appointments if they aren't being honored? People have jobs, children, and responsibilities to return to. This is unacceptable service, and I would like to know why these delays are allowed and what is being done to fix them. Why is this place still open? ETA: it is now 2pm and have not been called. The lobby is FULL. WHERE IS THE CLERK?

I've been going to this post office for years, but my recent visits have been consistently ruined…read moreby one particular clerk (blonde hair, short, heavier set, lip piercings) who seems to have made it her personal mission to make every customer feel unwelcome. She greets every interaction with a heavy sigh, eye rolls, and short, dismissive responses that make you feel like you're inconveniencing her just by existing. When I asked a simple question about tracking, she snapped back with 'If you don't know how it works, maybe you shouldn't be mailing things.' When another customer politely asked for clarification on a form, she literally rolled her eyes and muttered something under her breath. Her blank stare at me like I'm an idiot is haunting. Maybe check in on the welfare of your employees from time to time my god! The attitude is palpable, and it's not a one-off bad day--it's every single time I've seen her. Customer service at the USPS is already a challenge with long lines and limited hours, but having someone this consistently rude and unhappy behind the counter makes the whole experience miserable. It feels like she's actively trying to drive people away. This location desperately needs better training or staffing changes because one employee's perpetual bad mood is tarnishing the entire office. I'll be going out of my way to a different post office from now on--save yourself the headache and do the same.

There is only one person in there that I've seen smile and has been good help but I'm not sure what her name is. she's blonde. I hope for 2025. They'll be happier with their job and have better customer service.
