He didn't seem stressed at all, in fact, he genuinely seemed to enjoy his job, which immediately put me at ease. This review is mainly for the printing service here. Whenever I'm in a rush I go for printing I go to a ups store and at this store they charge 4 DOLLARS to just email them and 1 dollar per page here. A ridiculous amount, never coming to this store again. Every other ups stores is way more affordable and even other places . The employees were kind and attended to me right away but that is ridiculous amount of pricing for printing when I could easily have gone elsewhere for cheaper. read more

This is the best UPS Forsure! Their air deadline is 2 hours later than any other store! I went to a location in Fontana next to my work on my lunch break with 30 boxes. The associates there said I could only drop 8 and would have to drive 20 minutes each way to another ups to drop the rest. I was furious because cause I didn't have time and there's no restrictions posted. I hit the Milliken location on my way home unknowingly of their 6pm pick up and I almost cried tears of joy. My packages are perishable and one extra day really affects them. Michael was so nice and helpful! This is deff the ups to go to! And he reminded me that it's right next to the hub, so your boxes will get there quicker! read more

Liana and Anthony were awesome! I went in with my brother to return an Amazon order we were having trouble with. It was a small crate, and the seller was giving us a hard time to return it. We walked in expecting the worse, to be turned down like the other UPS location we went to. Liana greeted us with a warm smile and assured us she could help us out! Awesome location - because it's central to all the industrial businesses, and local surrounding businesses near the Ontario Mills mall. This location always has multiple staff onsite, which by the way are very friendly! It's like they want to work - which is something us customers can appreciate. The UPS store in Sierra lakes, can be interesting as they aren't so friendly at times. For example this UPS store doesn't mind taping boxes for you -- and lending a hand. The one is Sierra Lakes sets the tone with demanding QR codes to be out/ready, and won't provide or assist with taping. It feels like you've entered a DMV over there. Keep up the great work, and what an awesome location to be in. I've used them for personal shipments, Amazon related returns, and for my business. read more

I went to this ups store on April 20 @ 12:44pm to submit 2 Amazon returns. The ups gentleman scanned in my returns and gave me a receipt. 10 days later, I still have a pending return on my Amazon account. Thinking that ups didn't scan my items correctly, I came back to do a rescan to update my account. I asked the lady employee to scan in my items again and she refused. I asked why? She didn't give me a reason. Then the manager, Marissa, from the back room came to the front and told me to call Amazon. She started to accuse me of being demeaning to her employee when I only asked to scan my 2 items. Then she started yelling at me. I asked her why she is yelling and she raised her voice even louder. I got her name and left the store because I didn't want to be hit for asking questions. I honestly just wanted my 2 Amazon items to be scanned. I think it was unnecessary, extremely rude to treat anyone like this. Two UPS employees were there and no one help to calm down the mean manager, Marissa. Simply a disastrous display of customer concern and customer service. I will report this behavior to Amazon and UPS for further investigation. Marissa, you need to apologize for yelling and belligerent mannerism. read more

I had to return a parcel that was UPS specific so I stopped into this location since I was in the area. First I want to stay customer service was great, all of the workers were super attentive and friendly. I walked in and was greeted right away and when I was struggling with their computer I was helped right away. The reason I am giving it 3 stars is the dumb AF pricing they have for their computer usage. $3.00 min. I was literally on the computer for maybe a minute to print out a shipping label and got charged $3.00??????? I mailed out the package via UPS because that was requested by the company. Otherwise I would have gone to FedEx where they charge a whopping .13 cents to print out a B/W label. I don't know who decided that 3.00 min was a great idea but I'm assuming it was the franchise owner trying to pocket extra money to inconvenience people in a bind. read more

I have been sending packages to friends and family since the pandemic started. I had been using the FedEx across the street from this store. The customer service there was horrible so I decided to give this UPS location a try. From the moment I walked in and needed to wait in the socially distanced line I was greeted with a positive welcome. The person who helped me was very nice and helpful. I needed to purchase a box to send my items for which she brought one and kindly cut it down to size for me. She made sure a glass item I was mailing was well protected. Her tone was amicable and genuinely helpful. Even though they had people waiting in line, I didn't feel rushed. I even had time to write a card I purchased at the location. Impatient employees argumentative over asking a simple question and if your talking to one employee another will jump in and answer with a nasty attitude I pay no more than $1 to print a label but here they tax you three dollars to print if it's a label. read more

This conveniently located UPS store has friendly helpful employees that are helping customers in a safe efficient manner during the COVID crisis. I have made a few trips to this location to return orders from Amazon and this process is quick and easy. This location packages my item and sends it off with only a scan of a barcode from Amazon. I always seem to get the lady with the green hair and a taller man more on the younger side. Both are rude and talk to you with an attitude.
