I dropped my package off on Sunday July 30 and spent $250 for priority overnight shipping. I was promised a Monday pickup (no pick ups on Sundays, that's fine) and delivery by noon today, Tuesday august 1. it is now 1:02 pm and the package is still in a "Label Created" status and it is sitting at the store. The contents inside the box are perishable and are going out of state. I've already filed my claim to get a refund and contacted FedEx to alert this store to get my package picked up and shipped. If my tracking does not update by tomorrow morning I'm going back into this store to speak with the owner. As of now I have nothing good to say about this shipping location, I'd advise against using it. read more

i have been going here for 20 plus years. Not once have I had any package lost damaged or late. I have sent things from Ca to NH, Michigan, Canada, England and other states. Tom has his hands full because it's a busy place and good help is hard to find. Yes the place is a bit messy and cluttered but I don't care as long as the service is excellent which it is. Tom is a very hard worker and very reliable. This place does it all! Passport photos, notary, fedex, UPS, faxing, copying, safe deposit boxes, and great selection of greeting cards, calendars, etc. Tom cares about his customers and has never let me down. When I walked in, I heard the owner telling someone else that he never cleans the store which was obvious by the stacks and stacks of items all over the counters. When I placed my pre-labeled FedEx package on the counter and waited, the owner said, "We don't give receipts. You can take a picture of the label." This has NEVER happened to me before. Other drop off places ALWAYS offer a receipt. I was concerned that my package might get lost in all the mess. I checked the FedEx website today and they have my package. Be aware of this place. This is the closest FedEx packages drop off location near by my house so we always go to this place if we have a FedEx package to drop off. Btw, unless it's not necessary, I will go with UPS. This place doesn't give out package receipts and they will only ask you to take a photo yourself. They lost our FedEx packages twice in difference occasions. My friend also told me their package got lost after they dropped it off there. Wondering if it's bad management or stealing. Don't do it. Every time I need to return a package from UPS, Fed Ex, or USPS they are always able to do it. I haven't had a mail carrier they couldn't work with. I've been coming here for a few years now and have never had to wait too long. Location is convenient and it is in a complex with a big, open parking lot. They are closed on Saturdays but open every other day of the week including Sundays. The place is older and the guy at the front is all business but as long as the transactions are easy, it's an easy 5 stars for me. read more

This place is horrible. The line is always long because Tom insists on and I've heard plenty of situations where would mess up on Livescans. When they are confronted about their mistake, instead of correcting the mistake, they charge you again to do another Livescan. Also, Tom is very rude to his employees. I was being helped by one of his employees and he was very rude in giving her instructions when she was asking for help. Talking to her like she was stupid when all it comes down to is obvious bad training by Tom. We were recently on vacation and stopped in San bernadino to see some friends. We had bought a ton of souvenirs and gifts and our shared suitcase was too heavy. So we put some things in two boxes to mail home and dropped them off. We have been home for two weeks now and the tracking numbers still say the packages have not shipped. (We paid online and just dropped the packages off to go in the mail with tracking numbers already on them). It was a really long wait, but once they finally got to me, they helped me figure out the cheapest way to mail my package and get it there before Christmas (the lesson here is don't procrastinate mailing the Christmas presents or it will cost you more in shipping than the darn gift is worth). If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I went here to get my fingerprints done...only to be told by the board of nursing that my fingerprints were never received. The owner never gave me a straight answer to why my fingerprints were never submitted. They tend to change the printing prices. Prices are subjective to the owner. One day I'll pay 50 cents for a page and another day he'll charge me $1. Possibly based off of his mood that day. I used to come here often but I feel uncomfortable coming back after witnessing racism and sexism to customers by the owner. He demonstrates very rude and irrational sporadic behavior to certain types of customers. For example, an African lady coming in to print her resume asked why she had to pay for multiple papers when she only clicked print once and the owner had came and clicked print the second time. Rather than explaining and demonstrating good customer service, he proceeds to grab her papers and leave to the back of the store. He comes out later and tells her it is shredded. No explanation or time to give her the choice to pay for the extra papers given or not. Poorly run store. read more

While it is conveniently located in Loma Linda, only come here if you have an extreme level of patience and tolerance for rude service. I've used Mail Choice's services numerous times. Every experience is usually the same: long line because there's only one person handling the cash wrap; short, curt responses to customer inquiries; and the packages I have mailed out of here have taken longer to ship due to its limited pick up/drop off schedule with the full-fledged USPS office down the road. I'd rather wait for the standard business days (M-F) at the USPS on Newport Ave. then return here on a weekend to save time. The staff at the Newport location are definitely nicer and more knowledgeable about shipping! read more

Always a slow and long line up, the owner talks so rudely to his employees it's embarrassing and they don't have any new technology to scan and print stuff like shipping labels with convenience. I went in today to pick up a fax. I brought in cash and my atm card. I ended up paying with cash. When the ever so rude employee gave me my change, she just threw it on to the counter and walked away. Well, come to find out I left my atm card there and she let someone use it to make a purchase. This employee had to of seen the last name on the card matched the last name of the fax that I picked up that she even verified! Ok so I went there today with two boxes, one is the large flat rate usps priority mail and the other one is the a box big enough to to cover a sportbike rear wheel (cbr 600rr). The first box had already been taken to the nearest usps a couple days ago (which is only less than 5 mins from mail choice) for $22, but today at mail choice they want me to pay $32 through usps without insurance. I than told the gentleman that works there that I was at usps a couple of days ago and I had to pay $22 INCLUDING the insurance (I was also pointing at the usps duck tape to proof him that I did go to usps office). I got him good that time...he was stuttering to give an explanation about the insurance which he already said that usps doesn't give insurance. And as of the second box (big box) he quote me $53 through UPS with insurance. I than took two of my boxes and left the store, drove less than 5 minutes to the nearest usps and paid $33 with insurance. So instead of paying $80 for the same service, I ended up paying $50 for domestic postal at usps office. Try it for yourself, get a quote from usps and go to this place to find out the difference of what they'll charge you. read more

I've only ever used them to drop packages off that I have already bought postage for, or to buy postage for packages. Whenever I went to buy postage, they would always use some program on the computer to find me the cheapest postage for whatever timetable I wanted the package to be delivered at, which was very nice. The workers are always courteous and helpful if you have questions. They don't really go above and beyond to cater to you, but they get the job done, which is fine by me. Grade: B+ read more

This tiny mail store is convenient located about 5 miles closer to my home than any other post office or ups stores. I have been using it for a few years now and it is always convenient and quick because they store your information (your address, frequently used destinations for mail, etc) so you don't have to spend too much time at the counter when trying to mail a package.
