I use Minuteman Press for all my needs. I was originally looking to do some award programs for my job, double sided color copies on heavy paper. Minuteman was 3X less expensive than the "Big Guys". They got my job done quickly and were always courteous. As the years have gone by, they have assisted me with graphics for my company, rush jobs and anything I need. I will admit I am happy about their new location, much easier to get to (and less scary!). Every time I go in they know me by name, ask about my daughter and always make me feel like family. I knew I was in good hands when Joseph patiently answered all of my questions regarding last minute printing jobs that needed to be done for my brother's wedding. I had originally given Minutemen Press 5 stars and a glowing review, but I've now experienced another side to this company. Wile scouting out printers to help with a music project I was working with, I found Joseph and Minuteman press. He was helpful, kind, and did good work for my demos. When it came time to work on the full project, I sent him emails and left voice messages and he abruptly began ignoring me for no reason. There was no confrontation or conflict, he just totally froze me over without explanation. Maybe my project was too complicated for him, I don't know and it appears I'll never know. I unfortunately can't recommend a company who is this erratic and rude to repeat customers despite how hopeful I originally was about it. It's okay to not want to do a job, but at least treat people with the courtesy of letting them know. All it would have taken was a message letting me know it's beyond his abilities. It's not cool to play ball all the way until show time and then give me the cold shoulder. Fortunately I found Vista Printing in Fontana and had a superior experience so that's my go-to now. read more

If I can give a worse review I would. They have changed ownership and completely fouled up everything. I got differ quotes on my order 3 different times and had already paid for. Than he comes and tells me he could only do a 1/4 of it for the price I paid. Very unprofessional. Sometimes you have to stick to your quote in order to get more business.
