I approached a clerk and asked, and he took me right to it. I explained that the replacement kit I purchased on line did not fit quite the same as the one I am replacing. He told me of its compatibility with another more "readily available" line of faucets. He seemed to know a lot about plumbing. It turns out he is the owner. He and everyone I have dealt with there are very approachable, helpful, and knowledgeable. This is now my go to store for all my DIY projects. Their selection is remarkable and the staff just seem to enjoy their job. It is 20 miles from home, but it is exactly what needs to be. I purchased a Sawzall hammer drill and impact at Harbor Freight 3 months and two days ago when we convert to my cell phone when it broke it was a notice on the door saying that they weren't taking any returns right then because of the Cove in cuz it had called and I was two days past the 90-day deadline and the pitch manager wouldn't return the Sawzall goodnight having a sign on her door saying that they would be not taking returns because of covid-19 and she denied my return I will never shop there again I will never shop at any Harbor Freight again because of them I'm going to tell my family and my friends to pull their business this is bulshit they could refund my money order to change the Sawzall wouldn't cost him a damn thing show me a costume of water movie manager with a woman I think the Stacy was real pain in the ass was rude and it's something and a liar sick of this place read more

I waited 5 minutes as I am walking to the front, the man who was supposed to be helping me was helping another customer, who I saw walk in the last time I went up front. I was irritated that he would leave me waiting to help a person who came in the store after me. So, I told the 2 ladies at the front (admittedly with frustration in my voice) that this was my 3rd request for help in the back. They couldn't leave. I decided to just get in line and pay for my other items. The guy who was being helped got in line behind me. I figured it wouldn't make sense to make a second trip. So I went back and within a minute the person came back and asked what I needed. He turns around and slowly goes back to get something to cut the tubing. Why didn't he come up with the tubing? He knew what wanted. A few minutes had passed since he stopped helping the other person. He cut a 6 inch tubing. I have bought my tubing 3 other times before from your store. Each time, they said I had to buy a foot. So, I paid for a foot and only got 1/2. The cashier with short hair, was very apologetic. And I appreciate that. She also gave me a discount for my troubles, which makes up for the over charge on the tubing. I meant to get his name off his name tag but didn't.
