What a great selection I found. Not just the part I wanted, but so much more. I went back yesterday hoping to find a stem extension that I could not find anywhere on the internet. I approached a clerk and asked, and he took me right to it. I explained that the replacement kit I purchased on line did not fit quite the same as the one I am replacing. He told me of its compatibility with another more "readily available" line of faucets. He seemed to know a lot about plumbing. It turns out he is the owner. He and everyone I have dealt with there are very approachable, helpful, and knowledgeable. This is now my go to store for all my DIY projects. Their selection is remarkable and the staff just seem to enjoy their job. It is 20 miles from home, but it is exactly what needs to be. I walked in through the garage door because of the sign outside, didn't see anybody and I saw the side door inside opened it and asked Dale if he could help me in the garage or inside the office. He said "in here, this is my office" in a rude way as if I should have known. I brushed it off and asked for a screen, I told him I needed it a little smaller, right away he cut me off and he said "I don't know what a little smaller means show me" and he put a measuring tape on the table. I once again brushed it off because I needed the screen. I told him 1/8 inch shorter length and width. And that was that. Dale's job is customer service and if he can't adjust his rude sarcastic attitude he shouldn't be doing it. Luckily the man who helped me when I picked up was nice because I was ready to tell Dale what I thought of his customer service when I picked up.

Lenny warmly welcomed to me and asked if I needed help finding anything. As a matter of fact, I did. I explained to him that I was looking to paint my wood porch for my cabin and asked him what kind of paint stripper he would recommend based on the description of my porch and dimensions. He knew exactly what item to recommend, which was a gallon of Jasco paint remover. I graciously thanked Lenny for his help and he even removed his glove for a proper handshake. As I was heading to check out, I ran into a friend. As we were getting to the checkout together, the young man and the lady who were assisting with the self check out, both approached my friend for assistance. (why have them on display then?) Sales person was no help. And the lead Gary was even worse. Having a lead position you should go out of your way to help the customer find what they're looking for if your store doesn't have the product. Gary needs to be retrained on his leadership role. Mind you, he was not busy he was just in the back sitting down on his phone. Do better Gary.
