Finally had to have our daughter (a lay person) go to the court to get paperwork, complete it with assistance from court person and get it filed. We are extremely disappointed and are now going to file small claims court to get our money back for professional services that were not performed correctly. We came to her to save time and have paperwork completed correctly. This did not happen.
