There was no sign of forced entry so someone had a key. I had to call the police. I had to pay to have the house re-keyed. I had to pay $600 to have it cleaned. I had to pay $400 for 4-months of gas usage. I had to pay more than $200 in electric bills for 4 months. After accomplishing this I rented it in less than a week. I still don't understand.
