Michelle is amazing: your search for the best real estate agent ends with Michelle! I interviewed…read moremultiple real estate agents and Michelle stood out above and beyond as being the clear best! Michelle knows the market really well - she has a great pulse for what is going on, what each of the sub-neighborhoods are like, other lake/Association issues that might effect purchasing and selling, etc. Another great thing about Michelle as a buyer's agent is that she doesn't rush you into a home just so she can get a commission - I love how Michelle will point out negatives in a home that I might not notice (like deferred maintenance, water damage, etc. that I would not have noticed) because she truly is looking out for you and not just trying to quickly close a deal. Michelle truly cares about finding you the best home and will even wait months & months (or even years like she did with us!) and never complain about touring tons of homes with you until you find what is the best fit and checks all of your boxes. Michelle makes it her mission to find her clients their perfect home - and never settle! So here's the thing: I have an intense attention to detail PLUS I've had a real estate license for two-decades, so I have way high expectations when selecting a real estate agent to represent me and Michelle has exceeded all of my incredibly high expectations! I really appreciated how Michelle would photograph or video a home for me if one came on the market while I was out of town and couldn't make it up to Lake Arrowhead to view it - that is just one example of how caring she is! I also love how detail oriented & attentive Michelle is and she truly has your best interests in mind! We appreciate Michelle's experience and great judgment on if a property will be a good fit. Michelle also has studied interior design so she has a great eye for what would go well in a home you buy and for staging homes she sells. Michelle doesn't do anything less than amazing - all of her photos, marketing, pricing, everything is top notch! As a seller's agent she portrays your home in the best possible light and is really incredible at marketing. Michelle is an above and beyond agent! Even after the close of your home, Michelle has a great network of contractors that she can refer you to for maintenance or upgrades for your home. Everyone Michelle has referred me to has been top notch! Also, Michelle is just a super cool person - I enjoy spending time with her and during the process of finding us our ideal home she has become a friend! In addition to being privileged to work with the best real estate agent on the mountain, I just enjoy hanging out with Michelle! If the little details matter to you and you want an agent who you feel truly has your back & best interests in mind - then Michelle is the agent for you. We couldn't be happier with our experience because she found and secured us our dream home - and I gained a friend in the process!

We purchased a home in Lake Arrowhead this past October (2020) and Michelle was our agent. I…read morealready had a sense it was a competitive market and we couldn't afford to get into bidding wars so I knew we had to select the best agent possible to work for us. I did a lot of online research and sleuthing, a lot of the other agents in L/A seemed 'typical & vanilla', what I liked about Michelle was the way she put herself out there online, and appeared to have an excellent working knowledge of the area. We locked in Michelle immediately to begin our hunt. In a matter of weeks we saw over 20 places in Lake Arrowhead and Michelle was brutally honest at times, feelings had to be put aside as I realized that she wasn't just trying to get us into 'any' house and get us off her books, she didn't want to see us over pay or end up with something that needed more 'fixing' (hello, lipstick on a pig) than we could afford. After a number of weeks and many trips to Lake Arrowhead we found the right place for us, escrow was super smooth, Michelle and her team stayed in close contact through the entire process (much more enjoyable than our first home buying experience) We closed early. But here's the real magic with Michelle, she gave us SO MUCH intel on Lake Arrowhead, the pro's the con's and the how's and the when's on how to thrive and survive in Lake Arrowhead. We have friends that moved here 18-month before us and my Wife (Janeva) and I are informing them on things about Lake Arrowhead, on top of that we had new neighbors move in recently near us as a snow storm hit, and they were completely unprepared, their agent gave them no intel at all on the area. Michelle not only helped us secure our home that we absolutely love, but she gave us a head start to mountain living that has us years ahead of others. If you're serious about wanting to buy OR sell a property in Lake Arrowhead you would be a fool to not use Michelle, you will need to be realistic though as she'll most certainly be real with you. Thanks Michelle - th

We interviewed four of the top agents in Lake Arrowhead and asked them all the same questions. Most pushed us to price about 10% below where we ended up, focused on what buyers might not like. Simone was the only true straight shooter - honest, candid, no overselling. She saw the best in our home, came in higher than anyone else, and backed it with real data and comps. The result? We sold for exactly our list price (rare up here) in 45 days. She ran multiple open houses when other agents insisted they don't work on the mountain. Our buyer came from one of them. On top of that, Simone staged thoughtful touches (even new bedding to neutralize the rooms), and her photographer gave our listing a genuinely artistic look - the photos made the place shine! We were living in the home with our six-month-old and two cats, and Simone was intentional about setting expectations with buyers and working around our schedule. Her assistant was fantastic, and her whole team was a joy. As first-time sellers, what mattered most was how she prepped us - decisive when we needed it, clear about tradeoffs, never sugarcoating, and a sharp negotiator who made sure we were never blindsided by a buyer's request. If you're worried about picking the wrong agent, Simone is your answer. She minimizes risk, maximizes return, and is a true partner start to finish. Save yourself the headache of interviewing a dozen agents - we did that work for you. Simone and her team are the best on the mountain!

We had a real estate agent back out of showing us property because it was snowing. We drove around and Simone was holding an open house. I said, that is someone with tenacity. We walked up a huge hill where we met Simone and from that day forward she was the most kind, knowledgeable, intelligent, responsive, and thorough real estate agent we could ever ask for from start to finish. Even on the first home, we put an offer in went through all the inspections and it fell out. Simone never gave up and she found us the absolute perfect house! Not once did she ever have an attitude or show frustration of any kind through any of the transactions. She always had a sincere smile and only wanted what was best for us. I wish I could give her 10 stars, she deserves it! Simone has our highest recommendation!

A big THANK YOU to Melissa for successfully selling our home in record time…read more We decided to use Melissa at Rahill real estate group after having our house listed with somebody else for a while and having no success. The one complicated factor we live in Texas and this property is located in Big Bear California. Melissa was our eyes, our ears and our hands and our trusted Realtor. She treated this transaction (and us) with integrity and professionalism-- and she is kind too She kept eyes on the property and made sure to it was in good condition. She kept the property clean from pine needles. She took care of everything needing to be taken care of. She helped us determine the appropriate sales price and educated us on the market. She is quite knowledgeable in her profession. With Melissa as our Realtor, we were confident she had our best interests in mind. She was available to us whenever we needed her. She kept us "in the know", which helped this transaction to be stress free. She has a good team that she works with. I highly recommend Melissa and Rahill Real Estate, they are the best of the best!

After over a decade of renting apartments, stepping into the world of real estate felt like landing on another planet, and that's exactly why we're so grateful we found Destiney. One of the main reasons we chose her was because she's certified in working with first-time buyers, and that really showed. She never made us feel like our questions were too small or silly (even though some probably were), and she always took the time to explain everything in a way we actually understood. We also noticed a lot of realtors shy away from buyers with tighter budgets or less experience, but not Destiney. She was genuinely excited to help us achieve our goals and never made us feel like we were "less than" because of our price point. She was encouraging, honest, super knowledgeable about the area, and really guided us every step of the way. We always felt comfortable being completely transparent about our needs and concerns, and she was just as open with us. The entire process felt less like working with an agent and more like getting help from a friend who just happens to be an expert in real estate. If you're a first-time buyer or just want someone who gets it, she is your "real estate Destiney." We're so happy we got to work with her and can't recommend her enough!

We did a couple small jobs for Cindy and all went well. No major red flags. The last job we did for her was in the office located on the back of her property. My wife was hired to do the interior painting. The prep work for this job was extremely extensive , wood work repair , wall repairs , door casing replacement and ceiling repairs. Cindy expressed to us not to go over the top on any of the repairs and prep work just to go ahead and paint over a lot of the imperfections. But some of this damage needed to be addressed. She gave us the green light to move forward on the repairs that needed to be addressed. When it came time for us to submit our final pay out Invoice, she completely refuse to pay us. She made all sorts of false accusations and made every excuse in the book and decided she wasn't going to pay my wife the $2500 she owed her. She blew up my phone ranting for days , Making all sorts of personal accusations and threats. I had to block her. Some of the redirect coming in via text message made me question her mental stability and wonder if I should take legal action. Since then I've counted the money lost and lesson learned. I would never recommend this business to anyone ever. And I stay clear of this person as far away as I can. Sorry I don't have better things to say about this business.
