They take care of the property, charge reasonable rent, and are responsive to tenant's needs. Obviously, I'm allowed to park in our parking lot since I'm a paying tenant, not some random ultra-entitled person trying to park on private property and mad about not getting away with it. So I can't speak to that issue . But if you're looking for office space, not free public parking, consider Core Property.

Cannon management oversees the apartment complex I live in which is Temecula Creek Villas. Overall…read moreit's a quiet place with a nice ambience. However, after my one-year lease ended, the rent was immediately increased, and it was raised again the following year. The property is right next to a creek, which is nice, but there is also a large homeless population in the area. Litter and debris are frequently left around the property and creek, and it doesn't always get cleaned up. The mailroom was recently broken into, and some of my items were stolen. With the encampments in the area theft and break ins can be common. The office is generally quick to respond to maintenance requests, but the actual resolution of some issues has been frustrating. For example, I went without hot water for about two weeks while they worked on fixing the water heater. This happened during the winter, and I requested a small rent reduction to offset having to take cold showers for multiple weeks, but my request wasn't considered. It also took about four attempts to properly fix an issue with my garage. Also have had termites in the building which caused significant damaged to the wall in my unit. My washer was having issues and took multiple attempts to get a replacement one. The suggestion from maintenance was to wash small amounts of laundry at a time. (few pieces of clothing) After multiple request to fix the issue or replace the machine mgmt did so reluctantly. If you live on the second or third floor, maintenance tells you not to use the garbage disposal because the pipes are very old. I'm careful about what goes down my sink and don't put food or other debris down the drain, yet I've had my sink overflow about four times over the past three years. I don't eat meat and am very careful about what goes down the sink as I toss my coffee in the rubbish bin and have a sink stopper, but each time maintenance comes out, it seems like the issue is initially treated as though it's the tenant's fault. In my experience, maintenance sometimes seems to take the cheaper or easier approach rather than addressing the root of the problem. This can result in having to make multiple repair requests for the same issue. I've brought these concerns up with Olivia and Vrihanna who's the managers. Overall, it's a decent place to live, and the location and atmosphere have some positives. However, considering the amount you pay, the delays with repairs, the theft issue, and the ongoing problems with litter and encampments, I would recommend looking at other options before deciding to live here. They haven't been cleaned in eight years No return calls. No response to emails. Crickets! When we arrived to check in, the property had not been cleaned--every room was messy, the beds were unmade, and there was no electricity. When I tried calling for help, they stopped answering, and it appeared they had blocked my number. They then canceled our booking, leaving us without the accommodation we had arranged for our wedding trip. This caused unnecessary stress during such an important time in our lives. A clean property, working electricity, and responsive management are basic expectations. Based on our experience, I would not recommend booking with them.
