The day we notified them that we wouldn't be renewing with them, they terminated the contract that same day. This company didn't even wait until the end of the contract which was about 1 week. As of right now we are still waiting to hear back from them even though we have tried on multiple occasions. This is in regards to us getting our key and our control back for our property.
