My situation was a little different but Lauren made the transition go very smoothly. She is very professional, very knowledgeable, and such a sweetheart. They have managed my rentals for a while now and Lauren still goes out of the way assuring things go well. Lauren is always busy but still finds a way to call or text me back if I have any questions or concerns. They never asked me to write a positive review for them here on Yelp. I did this on my own, and it was past due. They treat you the way they would want to be treated almost like their own family. Highly recommended!!

But with Tye and Shelly none of that was the case. They were very responsive and had me approved and keys in hand in just a matter of days. My daughter and I love our new home. Shelly came a did our walk through and I felt so comfortable with her almost like I had know her for years. With them you get a very personal feeling. Your not just a "tenant" or "unit #". Like family like. Shelly introduced me to all my neighbors and they love her too. I am so grateful to Tye and Shelly for making this such an easy stress free process for me, my daughter, our dog, and cat! Love that I can pay my rent online! But these guys have been refreshingly responsive. When I would need to put in a maintenance request, they would always get someone out quickly. David even got someone out the same day when I had a heating issue. I never felt left out to dry which is unfortunately common for property management groups. I never feel like I'm chasing anyone down just to get a straight answer. Move-in was smooth, the unit was clean and exactly as advertised, and any small issues that came up were handled without me having to follow up three times. It's a pretty low-drama experience, which is honestly all you want from a landlord situation.

Bellcy is absolutely amazing. She is incredibly sweet, professional, and upfront. From day one, she provided all the information clearly and honestly. At our very first meeting, photos were taken, and my home was listed on the market the very next morning. Communication has been excellent, messages are responded to quickly, and any issues are handled immediately. Doorbell Property Management went above and beyond by hosting multiple open houses within a week and a half, and new tenants were moved in right away. I am beyond happy to have Doorbell Property Management on my team and finally feel confident knowing my property is in great hands. Highly recommend!

I recently signed a lease with Doorbell Property Management, and I am a little disappointed with my…read moreexperience so far. During the leasing process, the company was extremely persistent -- calling, texting, and emailing multiple times a day to ensure I signed the lease and submitted all required documents quickly. However, once I moved in and began submitting maintenance requests, the communication and urgency completely disappeared. It's been difficult to get acknowledgment or consistent follow-up on issues that need attention. Messages go unanswered, and requests seem to fall through the cracks. What makes this even more concerning is that a couple of the issues I've reported are health and safety related, which I believe should be prioritized and addressed promptly. It's frustrating to see such a sharp contrast between how attentive they were before signing the lease versus how unresponsive they've become afterward. If I were a landlord, I would be skeptical about hiring a property management company that struggles to manage and maintain properties effectively or communicate with tenants in a timely manner. Tenants deserve consistent professionalism and reliability -- not just during the leasing process, but throughout their entire stay. Updates to come. Please stay tuned...
