After finally receiving a vague response from Rochelle(?) to my questions about the property, I had to re- e-mail her for specific answers, only to receive a response of "I'm showing the property at 8am on Friday, e-mail your confirmation". I arrived at the property at specified time to find other potential clients also waiting for Rochelle, who didn't bother to show up- nor did she have the courtesy to cancel our appointment. I requested time off from work, wasted the morning, and made a 60 mile round trip for nothing. Further aggravating the situation was how she didn't answer her phone, the office phone went directly to a machine, and she has failed to return my call. From the onset, their lack of professionalism and courtesy gave me the suspicious feeling that I was simply a potential back-up offer should her primary clients fall-through. I hope her unethical practices are returned to her ten-fold.

I would strongly caution anyone considering renting from AIM Property Management…read more We lived in an AIM managed property for 3 1/2 years. After moving out, they withheld a large portion of our security deposit for items that were already damaged when we moved in, claiming extensive repairs instead of acknowledging normal wear and tear and long-deferred maintenance. To make matters worse, the remaining deposit was not returned on time, requiring formal follow-up. I'm now having to take legal action to recoup my money. Even before the security deposit dispute, they were consistently unresponsive and rude. Routine maintenance requests were often ignored, delayed, or met with excuses, and there was a clear pattern of deferring maintenance rather than addressing issues properly. Problems that existed early on were left unresolved for years. This has been a frustrating experience from start to finish. Poor communication, lack of accountability, and an apparent willingness to pass the cost of deferred maintenance on to tenants made this a company I would not rent from again. The pictures are of a garden box at the property that was completely falling apart. I asked for it to be fixed or removed, and my request was ignored.

Per Brent's request, here is the screenshot of the maintenance request that was "completed" but…read morenever completed. Again, the property management service is absolutely non-existent! I still have mold on the AC unit that my family is breathing in, a broomstick as a locking mechanism, the owner's mattress, and a washer and dryer that aren't working properly, and I am in no physical condition to put them out on the dirt floor of the house. It's unbelievable that the property manager would want such a beautiful neighborhood exposed to this type of behavior, yet the owner stated she would get the AC unit maintained in January and then disappear for 8 months, only to reappear with the heroes who come in, take pictures, and raise my rent. Great job Clockwork Property Management!
