I recently was gifted a motorized scooter, a.k.a. moped it goes under 21 mph the odometer is 30 mph therefore it is not a mandatory thing in the state of California. Do you have it registered this property does not allow you to park your gas powered vehicles inside your apartment nor on your balcony I am left. You leave the moped down at the bottom of the staircase, which does not block any walkways. It does not block any wheelchair accessible walkways nor does my building seven at 11215 Riverside California. I have any complaints about my mother being down there. It is not a nuisance it is not make noises. I do not operate it it hours that people are sleeping or trying to sleep I am a tenant that doesn't cause no problems , so I'd like to know why was my scooter impounded I am broke I am broken I am disabled. I have no kids here with me. It's just me and my dog we go back to business with your program as as you yes I am on housing for.
