I ended up buying a home in the area a few months later listed through a different agency. I have multiple friends in Crestline that have also had the misfortune of having to deal with San Moritz Realty. My experience is not unique. I honestly feel sorry for these folks at San Moritz Realty because it seems like they have miserable lives based on the way they treat people. I hope they get the therapy they need. It doesn't feel good writing a review this negative but others need to be warned. This agency has a horrible reputation around town and I feel compelled to share this to good people who take interest in moving to Crestline. I text about a week later asking him to confirm this with the OWNER and I got a response from a Jason, who asked if I had documentation for me service dog, which I provided. After several hours with me texting multiple messages of the documentation asking if it would suffice I received no response. I had my daughter call from her phone and low & behold they answered! They clearly discriminate and do not know the laws. I would never recommend to anyone.

Finally, we made the decision to change management this summer after we completed a remodel. I found Leanne in a Big Bear FB group online along with several other PMs who responded to a post I made about looking for new management. Leanne was the only one who provided helpful, tangible information when she reached out to me. We spoke and then I decided she and SkyHigh cabins would be our new managers. The onboarding process was smooth and detailed. They are extremely professional and walked me through the different stages of getting ready to "go live" on the various platforms they use. It took about 6 weeks to get everything completely switched over. But when we did go live in mid-October 2025, all I can say is WOW!! We've had 12 reservations made in just over a week's time! We didn't have 12 reservations in the last year total with the old company, so this has been very, very exciting for us. Aside from all of that, Leanne, Jennifer and their team are very communicative and helpful. If you are looking for new management, I cannot recommend them enough. Just do what they tell you to do, use their vendors, and follow their lead. They have figured out the algorithms and rental platforms to such a degree that your property will actually start to pay for itself.
