I tried to look at several properties last year listed by San Moritz Realty. They are unpleasant and curmudgeonly on the phone to a level that is disrespectful. They treat you like you are a major inconvenience. I looked at one property through them and she showed up an hour late to the viewing leaving me and my girlfriend standing outside the house. I ended up buying a home in the area a few months later listed through a different agency. I have multiple friends in Crestline that have also had the misfortune of having to deal with San Moritz Realty. My experience is not unique. I honestly feel sorry for these folks at San Moritz Realty because it seems like they have miserable lives based on the way they treat people. I hope they get the therapy they need. It doesn't feel good writing a review this negative but others need to be warned. This agency has a horrible reputation around town and I feel compelled to share this to good people who take interest in moving to Crestline. There are plenty of friendly agents and agencies around here, just keep looking.
