BEWARE This company complete is a Waste of your time and money. They don't know how to communicate with each other. Leaving prospective tenants and current tenants confused. We were Trying to rent a place and received SEVERAL DIFFERENT POINTS OF CONTACT for the one property. No one called to confirm anything all just emails and texts that were vague as hell. But when they left to buy their own home, I searched far and wide for the best realty company to handle renting my rental property. After a number of interviews, Reaction Realty was the one I selected to list it, and they put together a listing with great photos and all, and also screened the applicants for the best option for me according to all the rules associated with that process. They came up with the best one and I have had no real issues. Any issues that did come up were very minor and Ron handled them professionally and quickly and it has been smooth sailing all the way. If you're a renter.. beware when you're applying! We received an email that the home we applied for was not available (already rented, yet still listed) and that our credit was not run but yet they kept our application fees! The house wasn't even available for rent yet it was still listed! I can't imagine how many people applied for that house and paid the application fees for a house that had already been rented that they "forgot" to take down. I'm attempting to get my money back for the application fee. So unorganized and irritating! Curious as to why Ron responded to others stating refunds of application fees since credit wasn't run and why I've been given the run around when the email clearly states that our application was cancelled and our credit was not run. Scam Alert!!! Don't waste your time with this BS company!!! I saw a property on their website that I was interested in and attempted to schedule an appointment to view it. I was told the tenants still live there, but I would be notified when they move out and the property was ready for viewing. I finally received an email to schedule a viewing so I did. The first day of viewing my appointment was cancelled by Reaction Realty. I rescheduled for the following day and that appointment was also cancelled by Reaction Reality. $30 application fee down the drain for something that appeared on my credit that's NEVER been there before. Even before I rented my current place. The house was only a 1,000$ rent and I have 5.5k income between me and my roommate. The owner of Reaction Realty then gave me false hope after requesting all completed documents, he received them exactly as he requested. They also claim they are very courteous in response but I was the one who called them back 4 times to talk about the property. The only thing I got was a lousy email claiming that my student loans stopped me from being approved. Absolute WASTE of an application fee. EDIT: Just received a phone call (From Compant Owner) not even 20 minutes after posting this review. The company is now demanding that I removed this review in return for my $30. If I don't remove this review, they will not refund me. My choice is to inform the public about companies like this. So... yes, Sir, the $30 was worth it. Thank you. read more

Need to let people know about this place. First and foremost this company seems more like a scam. The lady we spoke to who was apparently the owner "Sandra" was the rudest and not helpful at all. My fiancée and I applied to a beautiful condo in Rancho Cucamonga and we were told by the person showing the place they required a 620 or above credit score and combined income to qualify which we both have. We even explained our situation to the guy and he said yea that should be totally fine just let Sandra know, and even told him we'd pay 6 months upfront. My fiancée had a 680 credit score and apparently we were disqualified with an incomplete application. I did not even get a chance to fill out my portion. She was told because she had credit cards delinquent or something that she was automatically disqualified. Our income combined is also well over 250k annually. Not only that but because she was disqualified we were both automatically disqualified without even putting my information or anything. My fiancée was also told a bunch of people have already been disqualified. We even offered to pay 6 months to a year upfront and she said nope sorry. Then I asked if we had low income or section 8 would we qualify and she said yes. I said how does that make any sense at all. She basically discriminated against us and was assuming we couldn't afford the place. We were all ready to move in as well. The lady was not helpful at all in even trying to explain anything she was flat out rude. Telling us oh well sorry. She then told me to take it up with the fair housing authority and I wanted to laugh. The place has been listed for over 20 days and rent went from 3600 to 3300 AND they then offered first 2 weeks free. I looked into this place and asked around and heard they may possibly be pulling a scam to charge people to run applications and just deny everyone. Companies make A LOT of money that way. Not only that this place charged a $500 "Brokers fee" for moving into the residence haha. Never even heard of this, we weren't buying the place. I have reported them to the Fair Housing Authority and I highly recommend for anyone if you have to deal with this company DONT. They are an absolute fraud. I was also told the owners are rude and are known as being "picky" on who they accept and qualify. But something is definitely wrong with this place and I do not recommend it to anyone. I even asked if we could consult the actual owner of the property and the lady Sandra said nope sorry it's up to us. So unfortunately I feel really bad for the owner she is going to have a very difficult time renting her place out thanks to Sandra. If you are a homeowner using this company for property management I would stay FAR AWAY and use a different company who is more qualified and knows how to give exceptional customer service. Ron's customer service was always sub par during the entire process. It seemed like anytime we had to talk to him regarding business related things, it seemed like we were a bother, which makes no sense since we are the clients and we should be receiving awesome customer service all the time. It wasn't until the end of the service is where we saw Rons true colors. We live in a different state and our property that was being managed by Ron was in the state he was in. When our tenants planned to move out we decided to sell our home and because we didn't choose Ron to be our realtor he decided to have vengeance on us and stop all property management duties towards the end of our contract, which sucks because that's one of the most important part. He didn't want to help with our tenants move out process, which makes no sense because thats the whole reason someone hires a property management company to completely all duties from start to finish. Ron didn't want to do the final walk thru with our tenants, he didn't want to retrieve the keys, garage opener etc. He also refused to handle the security deposit. And there was no way we could handle these process from states away. So Ron left us high and dry and didn't look back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL FOR ANY SERVICES. RUN! Also I'm sure Ron will respond to this saying "our contract ended" which is why he didn't step in but again SCAM ALERT he intentionally made sure the date on the contract was for his needs where he wouldn't be legally obliged to fulfill his remaining duties as the property manager. My thing is if the contract was up, why wouldn't you still be a good human and help your clients who have been great/easy clients to work with and finish out the process? Instead of leave us high and dry to figure it out states away, all because he was mad we didn't choose him as a our Realtor? Sounds super immature, unprofessional and cruel. Unfortunately, they rotate managers around all the time and lose track of things such as our rent and tenant's work order. We didn't find out until we switched to Ron and Reaction Realty. It is a breath of fresh air because of our previous management company had a lot of issues with communication and mismanagement of funds.
