BEWARE This company complete is a Waste of your time and money. They don't know how to communicate with each other. Leaving prospective tenants and current tenants confused. We were Trying to rent a place and received SEVERAL DIFFERENT POINTS OF CONTACT for the one property. No one called to confirm anything all just emails and texts that were vague as hell. We Had an appointment and they canceled 1 minute before our scheduled appointment. All because a walk up off the street came at our time? Literally the realtor said it straight to mine and my friends face. LMFAO what kind of customer service is that?! LOL All they want is your money. We weren't moving in till the later half of the month but they wanted almost 6 grand upfront as a holding deposit?!?!? How is that legal. They are literally just stealing from people. We received an email that the home we applied for was not available (already rented, yet still listed) and that our credit was not run but yet they kept our application fees! The house wasn't even available for rent yet it was still listed! I can't imagine how many people applied for that house and paid the application fees for a house that had already been rented that they "forgot" to take down. I'm attempting to get my money back for the application fee. So unorganized and irritating! Curious as to why Ron responded to others stating refunds of application fees since credit wasn't run and why I've been given the run around when the email clearly states that our application was cancelled and our credit was not run. Wow! Renters beware. This company will nickel and dime you to death. I would NOT recommend renting through them. Save yourself the hassle. I feel as if they pushed us out during the pandemic and end of our contact. I understand that they are running a business and have to get the house rented but what about human compassion? They showed no concern over our safety but when it came time for them to collect the keys they refused to schedule an in person final walk through. Are you kidding me? When we questioned the "invoices" they sent with remaining deposit (after they took most of it) they said they don't include vendor names to protect them from tenets reaching out to them and complain..good grief. I was told the tenants still live there, but I would be notified when they move out and the property was ready for viewing. I finally received an email to schedule a viewing so I did. The first day of viewing my appointment was cancelled by Reaction Realty. I rescheduled for the following day and that appointment was also cancelled by Reaction Reality. $30 application fee down the drain for something that appeared on my credit that's NEVER been there before. Even before I rented my current place. The house was only a 1,000$ rent and I have 5.5k income between me and my roommate. The owner of Reaction Realty then gave me false hope after requesting all completed documents, he received them exactly as he requested. They also claim they are very courteous in response but I was the one who called them back 4 times to talk about the property. The only thing I got was a lousy email claiming that my student loans stopped me from being approved. Absolute WASTE of an application fee. EDIT: Just received a phone call (From Compant Owner) not even 20 minutes after posting this review. The company is now demanding that I removed this review in return for my $30. If I don't remove this review, they will not refund me. My choice is to inform the public about companies like this. So... yes, Sir, the $30 was worth it. Thank you. read more
