I've had the opportunity to work alongside Ardee Jagt on multiple transactions, and she's been excellent every time. Ardee communicates clearly, stays proactive, and truly looks out for her clients from start to finish. On our recent transaction, she handled everything smoothly, kept all parties aligned, and made the process easier for both the buyer and the lending side. As a mortgage professional, I can say it's always a pleasure working with agents who are organized, responsive, and genuinely care about the outcome Ardee checks all those boxes. I'd absolutely recommend her to clients and other professionals looking for a reliable, thoughtful real estate partner. read more

Cozy Cabins Realty - Real Estate Services Near Me - Crestline, California

Do things right the first time! Even though Ardee was not one of the agents when I bought my home, she was a great resource over the years I owned my home. Her advice was so accurate and reliable that I didn't question or shop around for who would sell my home when I decided to put it up for sale. The same sense and wisdom I appreciated over the years helped sell my home quickly. Ardee says it like it is, which has saved me oodles of time and helped me make wise and educated decisions. If you don't want to waste your time, if want things done right the first time, you want to work with Ardee! read more

I've been with Cozy Cabins for 7 years. I started as a renter. I recently purchased the property I have been renting through Cozy Cabins. Brenda has always been great. She was very understanding when I fell on hard times as a renter. They worked with me several times and made it possible to keep a roof over my family's head. Repairs were always timely and quick. I feel most places would have kicked us out. Brenda was amazing when it came time to purchase our home. Her access to resources made it easy and possible to buy the home. I couldn't be more thankful. read more

I don't know about others at Cozy Cabins but my experience with Ardee Jagt has been first rate. I would recommend Ardee to anyone buying or selling real estate in and around Crestline / Arrowhead. She has gone way above and beyond anything I could have expected coming into the process and I've earned a friend in the process. Best possible experience with Ardee.. you cannot go wrong! read more

Cozy Cabins Realty has provided professional, knowledgeable, reliable, fast and friendly service to me for more than 14 sales and purchase transactions. I couldn't be happier with the office or my agent, Ardee Jayt. Thanks for making real estate investing a pleasure and for keeping me always in the right (permits, inspections, repairs, completions) and out of trouble. You are all the BEST! read more

We've had a great experience with Ardee Jagt for helping us find a home for our son and family off the mountain and during the biggest snow storms in years! I would highly recommend the Cozy Cabin family to anyone looking for that perfect place. Keep up the good work! Thank you all, Harry and Robin Windhorst read more

Cozy Cabins has been amazing to work with! They helped us buy our first home, helped us navigate a few real estate investment deals that ended up not working out (but we were saved from real loss or heartache thanks to their help and advice!), and most recently have taken over the management of a few units we were able to acquire with tenants already in place. They have treated our tenants so well, and when vacancies have occurred, have gotten the units turned over quickly and professionally. I have another property management company in another state, and boy, they are Night and Day! We're so grateful for Jeanmarie and Brenda at Cozy Cabins, and look forward to working with them on all kinds of real estate in the future. As a landlord, you can't go wrong having them on your team! read more

The end of this transaction has been a horrible painful one. We will never do business with Cozy Cabins or its realtors again .We will never recommend this place to anyone. Be warned! We were deceived from the MLS listing all the way to the legal description on the house we purchased. They refuse to settle this by getting a surveyor which we requested. And now they refuse to communicate. They worked together both the seller's agent Ardee and the buyers agent Nancy Jo to push this deal through only having the sellers best interest. Never raised any concerns over the encroachment on this property which if they would have we would not have purchased this house .If Nancy really cared about her clients she should have raised a concern about the encroachment but instead she said nothing. We trusted Nancy with this big purchase, with the paperwork and with our hard earned money and we regret it. We were just a commission check to this company and regrettably are paying the price for it. read more

I rented from Cozy Cabins for just one year and worked with Ardee. I have always been skeptical of the real estate industry, but this company and Ardee in particular were excellent to work with. They were fair, communicative, and also very helpful when issues with the house came up. I have no complaints would only recommend this company to anyone looking to rent (and no doubt to buy/sell). Very good company! read more

I bought and sold my house through Cozy Cabins Realty and I couldn't be happier! The agents there aren't just strangers, they have become friends. I love them all dearly and wish they would help me buy my next house in Arkansas. Thank you for all that you've done for us Cozy Cabins. read more

Cozy Cabins has a ton of experience when it comes to both property management and real estate sales in the San Bernardino Mountain area. I have been working with them for the past decade (Nancy Jo is always helpful in particular) and I highly recommend them! read more

Cozy Cabins is the best! I don't often write reviews but Ardee went over and above in helping me with the sale of a lot. I appreciate the personal attention and general kindness of the folks at this realtors office. I highly recommend them for all your real estate needs. Thanks again Ardee! read more

My wife and I are looking for a house to rent and we came to Cozy Cabin. Unfortunately they had we were interested. The place they did show us was a total dump. However, they were HONEST about it PROS: Honest Quick to reply. CONS: No showings after 4:30. Not open on Sundays. As for their selection.... that is just the market. read more

I've been working with Cozy Cabins to find a rental in the Crestline area, and I can't speak highly enough about the people there. I had a property selected with Cozy Cabins, but ran into issues with the property owner refusing to clean or fix some general maintenance items that had been noted during an inspection of the property. I need to stress that these issues were with the property owner, and not Cozy Cabins, who were not managing the property but only finding tenants for the owner. During what was supposed to be the final move-in inspection, I honestly think that Jean Marie was more upset about the state of the property than I was! I did not accept the property in that state, and Cozy Cabins ultimately decided to cease doing business with that property owner. Throughout the entire process, everyone in the office has been very courteous and professional, and a joy to work with. Since the initial rental property fell through, they have really gone the extra mile to get me into another rental property that they knew would be available in the near future. I highly recommend Cozy Cabins if you're looking for a rental in the Crestline area! read more

My son rented a house from them for himself and his family. What a MISTAKE! From rude messages left on his voicemail to the landlord stopping by unannounced for no reason. Harassment to the point of fair housing having to get involved. After moving out they made false claims of damages on top of other things which ultimately led to my son having to take them to court. It ended up with a judge ruling in my son's favor and him getting ALL of his deposit back. Horrible way to conduct business! read more

I am writing this review to warn potential renters and to discourage them from ever using this place. I have rented Houses or Apartments all over the United States and Europe but have never ever came across unprofessionalism the way I did after renting a house from Cozy Cabin in Crestline CA. We were charged a insane amount for a security deposit (even with perfect credit) which they later tryed to cheat us out of gettining back. That ultimately ended up with us having to take them to court and a JUDGEMENT IN OUR FAVOR!!! They made bogus claims about damges and cleaning which we were able to dispute with pictures we had taken prior to the move out. Be aware of this place and their way of conducting business!!! Save yourself a headache and rent from someone else. Needless to say I would never recommend that place to anyone. read more

We would strongly suggest that NO ONE use this company for any reason. They either ignore any communication or have excuses why business was not done in a timely manner. They act like they are doing you a favor, instead of the fact that you're paying them! We lived in Crestline for over 13 years, (I also worked for a public utility in Crestline for 7 years), 5 years ago we decided to live elsewhere, but keep our home. Last year, we hired Cozy Cabins to manage our home as a rental, big mistake. We agree with the review from Jenny T., just wish we would have read it before hiring them. I'm still waiting for an answer to an email I sent on 12/1/15 re: the house key they have and not returned to me. Our home is NO longer under their management. read more

We had a tiny budget and we're looking for a fixer upper. Our poor agent Nancy Jo helped us look for this tiny rare property for...6 months? 9 months?... It's was a really long time. Any how, a place within our budget and HGTV skills was finally found. We can honestly say this would never have been possible without Nancy Jo's help. I don't know how many times she went out to see different sites for us, even if the houses were really crappy. (We really didn't have the budget for non-crappy houses.) You can always count on her honest opinion: "I'm glad you didn't get that one...it was REALLY bad..." :) read more

I purchased my home 4 years ago and during the escrow process, it was mandated the septic tank be pumped and certified. A local licensed C-42 contractor contracted by the realtors, Sean Bennett from Bennett Excavation certified the septic tank as well as, both realtors and broker (Cozy Cabins), who requested to pay for their selected home inspector as well as the home inspector, never disclosed the tanks severe health and safety hazards, due to the condition and location of the tank (located under the cement slab of the garage, which supports the second level of the home and manholes sinking). I did not discover this severe issue until, the septic tank was pumped last year. All parties involved, deny all responsibility! Regardless, the tank continues to deteriorate and I am extremely concerned for my safety and health as well as, my families and neighbors. As "professional" and "knowledgeable" realtors and broker, Cozy Cabins should be accountable for fraud and negligence. I highly adverse, be aware and stay away from this Real Estate company!!!!!! read more

Whether you are looking to sell your house or purchase a new house, Ardee is your gal! Ardee sold us our first house back in 2009. This year we were ready to sell and purchase another. Ardee was our selling agent, as well as purchasing agent. The house we purchased was off the mountain and she was extremely patient throughout the process. Not only did she make the process less stressful, she also was available 24/7 to answer any questions we had through out the process. I would definitely recommend her to others! read more

In the purchase of a home, using Cozy Cabins as our property manager for the last seven years, and then helping us sell our home, everyone we dealt with at Cozy Cabins have been beyond marvelous. As absentee landlords, it is nice that they stepped up and led the way when we had to evict a tenant. When our house flooded, they were right there to work with all of the contractors. And now, we just closed escrow on the sale of our house and again, they were great to work with. Consistent phenomenal customer service. Huge Bravo to Brenda and her team. Oh yes, have to give a shout out to Nancy Jo. THANK YOU. read more

When my wife and I started looking for our first home in the mountains, there were quite a few real estate establishments available for our business. We heard about Cozy Cabins through their great reputation and a family friend which made our choice of realtors easy. When we first met our agent, Ardee, she was polite and professional. After visiting several houses, we created a great relationship and she became more of a friend than an agent. She was very adiment about finding us the home we wanted and equally dedicated to our needs. We explored the mountain for our future home and Ardee was able to discover exactly that. The first night in our new house was shared with our new friends from Cozy Cabins and family. I happily suggest Cozy Cabins for any home buying needs. read more

DO NOT work with realtor BRENDA!!! She was so rude and so unprofessional! She was on speaker with our real estate agent and was very condescending when the phone call was just for a simple question. My boyfriend and I are first time home buyers and we have never seen this type of behavior from an agent. You would think it being her job that she would want to stay on good terms with other agents. Anyway, after looking at the home, we decided to not make an offer for the simple fact that we did not want our first home buying experience to be ruined by working with an agent like that. We felt so bad for our agent when she did ABSOLUTELY nothing to deserve that attitude from a fellow "professional." Will NOT be looking at anymore homes with the name BRENDA MEYERS attached to it. read more

Horrible management company!!! They rent to known fellons, allow tenants to violate the lease then refuse to take action.
