Be Aware! Do Not hire him. He will damage your property too. He was hired by a Buyer. While a Buyer does what he does, a professional inspector cannot enter the private property and cause damages. Two main ones: he left the curtain open on the sunny side of the house for which the owner had hired a professional to install and to keep it specifically closed/lowered. Now the bedroom is heating. The second damage - he loosened the both taps in the both bathrooms. The UNPROFESSIONAL, CLUMSY-business "Inspector Jimmy" must have used the special tool to loosen them because the plumber who had tightened them a few months before, was a younger strong man and he did the good tightening on the request of the owner. The owner had hired and paid to a professional plumber to straightened them. Jordon is a nice guy but talks way much. He spent more time talking to the sellers than he did actually doing the inspection. There were obvious issues with decks, piers, foundation, retaining walls, drywall, the water heater, and other issues that should have been in the report. Jordon would explaining issues he saw while doing the inspection but never mentioned them in his report. He also missed some things such as non working smoke detectors and loose wiring. I don't know if he felt bad for the sellers but I (the buyer) is the one who hired and paid him. If you are looking for someone to create a detailed report that can be used to give you peace of mind and some ammo for reductions, Pro Inspections is not the one. Now having to get quotes from multiple contractors to record the issues so I can get my property reassessed. read more

I own several homes and have always use the typical big names for my inspection, unfortunately most of them have the typical receptionist that's is going to give you a long wait time before an appointment is made then they'll send you a technician that seems that he just came out of school and has a hard time answering basic technical questions then you get a report that is a copy and paste of most of the reports and lastly you get an invoice that doesn't represent your expectation. Avoid all this nonsense and make yourself a favor just CALL JORDAN, give him the inspection address and your email, he'll give you an appointment fairly quickly, When he shows up for the inspection be prepared because he's hands on no time wasted and he'll answer all your questions (He's extremely knowledgeable and will explain he's concerns in a very simple way) then hold on to your chairs because his report in our last purchase was 87 pages of hard core findings to a house that he thought it had a couple minor defects.
