My agent set up our inspection with Green Valley. John arrived on time for the inspection and was very pleasant. I thought everything went well but some costly issues were discovered right after closing. I believe these issues should have been discovered in the inspection. 1. The upstairs bathtub was not filled and tested. After the first shower, water was leaking into the downstairs ceiling. 2. The washer and upstairs bathroom drains were not inspected and water was leaking out of the sewer pipe under the house. John sent a robot under the house but didn't run the water while it was there and he didn't physically go under the house so the leak was missed. 3. The dryer vent was never tested. It was completely clogged and blocked which is one one the leading causes of household fires. My agent contacted the owner who was completely unhelpful and unsympathetic to our complaints. read more

Our realtor recommended Green Valley Inspections and we are very happy we went with them. It was super easy to schedule within the week and pricing was reasonable. JC at the office was very informative and knowledgeable about all packages offered and was able to answer all our questions. Eric did our home inspection and I appreciate how thorough he was. We were given a four hour time frame and he took two hours for a 1500 sq ft house including sewage and mold. He explained everything to us in detail while we were there and inspection report came the following day which was a Saturday and the mold inspection is expected the following Tuesday. I would definitely use Green Valley again and would recommend to everyone! read more

Eric was very thorough in checking every aspect of this home. I feel safe enough to go thru with the sale. Eric lists each problem and a suggestion on how to proceed giving me, an elderly lady, some comfort in not getting in over my head with unknown surprises. I had used Green Valley two times previously and their inspection helped me make an informed decision. Highly recommend... read more

I had an amazing experience with this business! From getting a quote to scheduling an expedited inspection due to a fast escrow date, everyone was very responsive and helpful. Steve did my inspection and he was very thorough, showed up early, communicated with both myself and my realtor and sent a very detailed report the same day. With the stress of buying a house, this business helped take a lot of that stress off my shoulders. I felt like I was well informed about the property I was purchasing. The price was also extremely fair for everything they do. If you're in the market for a home inspection, go with them! read more

I will be a customer for life after the amazing service we received yesterday during our home inspection! Our inspector, Nick Mahood, was beyond helpful! He took his time carefully inspecting every detail of the home we potentially may buy. Made sure to explain everything to me with detail. His parents did an awesome job raising him, because his manners were top notch as well. Wonderful service all around. The CEO, Eric, also did a great job communicating with our realtor, touching bases often with Nick during the whole process. Eric was easy to reach, fast at responding and my report was provided same day in only a matter of hours. The report comes with images for every comment made. Quality inspection forsure ! read more

Quality of the inspection is below average. Couldn't even identify and report easy to find things such as toilet not fleshing, heating system doesn't not properly, large cracks in the wall etc. I am paying the price for using them to fix these after close of escrow. I do not recommend them. read more

Eric was prompt, fast & accurate. Pointed out some potential serious issues. Without his input I may have purchased a real money pit. Well worth the cost which was fair. I will be using them in the near future again. read more

Not sure if I'm truly qualified to give a 5 start review. However, all the contacts with Green Valley were clear and quick and (why it's a 5 star review) was how flexible and easy it was to work with them even though, in the end, we were not able to take possession of the property and had to cancel. read more

Very professional and thorough. They provide many other inspection services needed and we didn't have to go through multiple sources.

As stated in other reviews, Chris Orender does a very thorough job. He arrived early, did his work and explained some items along the way. When he was finished he went over what he had found while showing us some photos. The full scope did not appear until the final report was provided, via email, later on that night. Serious details along with illuminating photos for clarity. There were some serious issues at bay, and the seller was not willing to have certain items reviewed by licensed contractors. We backed out of the deal. The $425 we paid was money well spent, considering we may have purchased a money pit. We are in escrow again, so it is time to schedule another appointment. I would recommend Green Valley Inspections to anyone. read more

Wow! What a great service. John came to our new house in Fontana, took time to inspect every corner of the house, tested, and verified things are working properly. He did an amazing job, went above and beyond and in the end, he gave us a comprehensive report with great detailed pictures and explanations. Oh, did I mentioned the report was sent the next day? It was! We were thrilled and in awe!! By far the best inspection we've seen! Highly recommend!! read more

I needed a reliable inspection company to check out the property I planned to purchase. A friend of mine recommended Green Valley to me and I usually trust her opinion a lot. It turned out my expectation was excellent and wanted to share everyone else out there looking for an inspection (I usually do not leave reviews lol.) I got an appointment within two days, my questions got answered promptly by Eric before and after the inspection. The inspection fee is very reasonable. The owner Eric is very experienced and honest. He explained to us all potential issues in details, as well as in detailed reports. In addition, he went extra miles without the charge and made us feel super comfortable with the inspection outcome. Extra 6 months home owner warranty comes out with his inspection is extra sweet. I highly recommend Green Valley! read more

As a first time home buyer it is very intimidating going through the different motions of purchasing a home. When I called around to get pricing from different inspectors I came across Green Valley Inspections. After speaking with Lacey I felt this was the business I wanted to go with. She was very informative and educated me on what I'm looking for when we are looking for inspectors. Our actual inspector that came out to the house was amazing. Was already there when we got there and answered any questions we had. Also very informative as well. We received our report that evening. It is very helpful when you have 1 less thing to stress about. Thank you to the Green Valley Inspection staff for making this part of home buying stress free. We will definitely use this company again in the future and recommend you to our friends whom are purchasing houses of their own. Thank you! read more

I was referred to Green Valley Inspection by our real estate agent Erin. Everything she told us about this company was spot on. Eric was friendly and welcomed our many questions. He was amazing, thorough, and not only did he get to the property on time, but he was early and ready to go. He was efficient and yet took his time as to not miss anything. He went on to explain all his findings, what was urgent to fix and what was not. He made several recommendations, which were incredibly helpful. We received the report within a few hours. Eric exceeded our expectations, and we will be referring him to everyone we know. Thank you so much Eric for your professionalism, kindness, and patience with all our questions. It is very clear that you love what you do. read more

Where do I begin... first and MOST importantly.. I wrote ONE check, to ONE company when I moved into this town, and it was to Green Valley. My checking account subsequently got frauded and fake checks were written all over the place. This caused an obvious financial disaster and new account being opened causing a massive inconvenience. (Thank god my escrow completed!) Second, my info was shared with a 3rd party and they started spamming me with offers for security services and etc. Just inspect my house and spare me the obnoxious marketing garbage. Third thing and final straw that generated this review, the dood missed a massive water intrusion issue, and now my house is being chipped apart and repaired. How does a professional inspector miss that? Anyhow, you've been forewarned.. read more

Our inspector was thorough and friendly. He put both buyer (us) and sellers at ease with the process by explaining what he would be looking at each step of the way.
