Quality of the inspection is below average. Couldn't even identify and report easy to find things such as toilet not fleshing, heating system doesn't not properly, large cracks in the wall etc. I am paying the price for using them to fix these after close of escrow. As stated in other reviews, Chris Orender does a very thorough job. He arrived early, did his work and explained some items along the way. When he was finished he went over what he had found while showing us some photos. The full scope did not appear until the final report was provided, via email, later on that night. Serious details along with illuminating photos for clarity. There were some serious issues at bay, and the seller was not willing to have certain items reviewed by licensed contractors. We backed out of the deal. The $425 we paid was money well spent, considering we may have purchased a money pit. We are in escrow again, so it is time to schedule another appointment. Where do I begin... first and MOST importantly.. I wrote ONE check, to ONE company when I moved into this town, and it was to Green Valley. My checking account subsequently got frauded and fake checks were written all over the place. This caused an obvious financial disaster and new account being opened causing a massive inconvenience. (Thank god my escrow completed!) Second, my info was shared with a 3rd party and they started spamming me with offers for security services and etc. Just inspect my house and spare me the obnoxious marketing garbage.
