The day of our inspection he came early in the morning and took his time to do a thorough inspection. By that same evening he already wrote and shared an easy-readable, detailed report (100+ page document including photos). Even after our inspection he has continued to answer our follow-up questions regarding the repairs he recommended. He let us send pictures and facetime to ensure that the repairs were done correctly. Here is another example of how Clark continues to exceed our expectations: we had our inspection done when we purchased our home two years ago. This year a developer bought and demolished the house next-door. Unfortunately, the next-door construction has caused some damage to our home. My wife reached out to Clark to get guidance on what type inspection we needed and who to reach out to in order to repair the damage. He explained any concerns thoroughly and gave as much advice as he could. Even after I purchased the house and was going through some of the repairs he recommended he helped me by answering my questions via video chat on how the repair should be made. For example, I needed to redo all of my gutters and one of Clark's recommendations was to have the gutters extend away from the house. The person installing the gutters was trying to insist on skipping the gutter extension, so I contacted Clark for his advice. Clark answered me immediately and was kind enough to hop on a video chat during the gutter installation and advise me on where the gutter extension should be placed and how long the gutter extension needed to be etc. He really went above and beyond.
