Clark is the best home inspector and I highly recommend him. He went above and beyond on our home inspection. The day of our inspection he came early in the morning and took his time to do a thorough inspection. By that same evening he already wrote and shared an easy-readable, detailed report (100+ page document including photos). Even after our inspection he has continued to answer our follow-up questions regarding the repairs he recommended. He let us send pictures and facetime to ensure that the repairs were done correctly. Here is another example of how Clark continues to exceed our expectations: we had our inspection done when we purchased our home two years ago. This year a developer bought and demolished the house next-door. Unfortunately, the next-door construction has caused some damage to our home.
