It was easy to book an appointment, and Reggie arrived on time (early, actually!) at the scheduled day and time. He began with a camera drone inspection of the roof and other hard-to-access exterior areas, and then proceeded with a systematic and comprehensive visual review of numerous exterior and interior features. Reggie provided various useful comments and suggestions during his inspection, and overall we had an enjoyable conversation. A few days later, he emailed his formatted PDF report, breaking out inspection findings and noted issues for each major home system, each exterior area, and every room of the house and the garage. He didn't make every deficiency seem like a major issue, but he also clearly noted areas that should receive special attention before listing. These areas were highlighted in red type in the report, and were also emphasized with hi-definition photos included at the back of the report. The inspection and report all came at a reasonable cost. This guy didn't find water damage. This is extremely terrible. Then there were broken roof tiles with water damage and mold in the attic , a giant crack in the foundation, a bad repair job from the previous owner leaking water from the sink drain into the wall causing more mold. Obvious things that I could've found, but I hired this clown to do it, thinking he was a professional. I hired a real pro, and the contrast was amazing. This guy walked around with his GFI detector, and the pros walked around with thermal imaging cameras to detect the water damage. This guy peaked his head in the attic and looked from the ground at the roof. The real pros went in the attic and walked the roof. I can't think of it all right now. It's a nightmare. He was very professional, super friendly, thorough and efficient but still quick. He broke my report down for me in the end so it was very easy to understand his findings.
