Reggie is awesome. He is so meticulous about his inspections and he's on time and he's professional and he dresses properly and he's not afraid to crawl under a crawlspace with the spiders. I can't say enough good things about him. Highly recommended. Reggie is awesome. Reggie is the man!! He is very responsive and great with communication. I scheduled my inspection with ease. We purchased a new Lennar home. Reggie showed up on time and ready to go, he did not take any shortcuts, very detailed and covers every inch. There were some things he caught, that even I was surprised at. When we did our walkthrough the Lennar rep was very impressed with his report and it helped us. So thank you again!!!! read more

Reggie our inspector is the son of the owner. It's a family business. He was early and did a good job in explaining at the end. I just wasn't impressed with the inspection report layout. That's my personal opinion. But Reggie was very professional. Report listed the areas in sections but had all the pictures at the end. I've have many inspections done before and this report just didn't flow. read more

Hired Executive Home Inspection for my home purchase. I was told by the Builder I didn't need a third party inspector since it was a new build but could, glad I hired him. The builder had to approve first and they provided all the info needed in a timely manner. Day of the inspection he Showed up on time and took his time making sure to check everything. He found a couple items we missed. I received a very detailed report. read more

Reggie was great, on time, friendly, communicative & provided everything I needed for me.

Had my home inspection last month, and they were very professional. They were quick to respond and very flexible with time and availability. The report was very thorough, and they were very informative, especially for someone who has little to no knowledge about what to look for. Their price was also amazing; I would definitely recommend. read more

Reggie was the best. Extremely detailed, communicative and timely. We had Executive Inspections perform our pre-drywall and final inspection. We also had a mishap where the power wasn't on the day he was supposed to do our inspection and he made it a non-issue and came back the next day no questions asked. If I'm ever needing another inspection in the Executive Inspections coverage area, I'll be using them again. read more

Thank you, Reggie! Reggie arrived on-time and conducted a thorough inspection of a residence in Mountain View Country Estates. The home is about 20 years old so there were a few things that were present. And Reggie's professional eye caught these items: items dealing with exterior walls, area just below the roof, pool/spa security issues, bathroom fixture issues, and electrical problems here and there. This resulted in a thorough 30 page report that we will be able to present to the sellers so we can figure out how to finalize the sale. Reggie was friendly, professional and cost-effective. Pricing was right in the pocket. I will not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who is buying in the Coachella Valley or in fact to sellers before they list. read more

Reggie our inspector was very professional and knowledgeable. His report was easily to read. With highlights showing concerns.

We're in the middle of buying a new home. I found Reggie of Executive Home Inspections through Yelp. At first we thought "its a new home and what could be wrong?" All though we had our walk-through we'er so glad we had this inspection. Reggie was so thorough and found things that needed to be addressed by the builder that we wouldn't have caught right away. I highly recommend Reggie. read more

Very satisfied with the home inspection experience and the quality of the formatted report provided by Reggie. I'm coming from the perspective of a homeowner planning to list my home for sale soon. It was easy to book an appointment, and Reggie arrived on time (early, actually!) at the scheduled day and time. He began with a camera drone inspection of the roof and other hard-to-access exterior areas, and then proceeded with a systematic and comprehensive visual review of numerous exterior and interior features. Reggie provided various useful comments and suggestions during his inspection, and overall we had an enjoyable conversation. A few days later, he emailed his formatted PDF report, breaking out inspection findings and noted issues for each major home system, each exterior area, and every room of the house and the garage. He didn't make every deficiency seem like a major issue, but he also clearly noted areas that should receive special attention before listing. These areas were highlighted in red type in the report, and were also emphasized with hi-definition photos included at the back of the report. The inspection and report all came at a reasonable cost. I would definitely recommend Reggie for your home inspection needs, either as a seller or a buyer. read more

I didn't know what to expect, but I was very pleased with the services provided by Reggie. We needed a last minute home inspection and we were very grateful that he got back to us quickly and accommodated us the next day. He arrived early to the home and was SO friendly. He got down to business right away and did his thing. We hadn't mentioned the home had a pool so he let us know about the slight added cost (very good price) and immediately started inspecting it and making sure everything was good. He's a great communicator and when when he finished the inspection, he explained everything clearly and honestly. If anyone I know ever needs the services he provides, I'm definitely sending them his way! read more

Reggie was a prompt responder via Yelp. I was able to get my appointment set up in minutes after requesting. The process was very smooth. Derrick provided an excellent inspection of my future home. He arrived on time and was very friendly. He explained everything he was doing during the inspection. After the inspection was over he thoroughly explained everything in the document. The areas that needed work were conveniently color coded yellow or red based on severity which made it easy to know what to get fixed/serviced first. Reggie is amazing!! He offers THE BEST pricing, on time, EXTREMELY thorough, and very knowledgeable. He always has guided us in the right direction, and has explained how to remediate any findings on the inspection. We have used him THREE times already (once in Corona, once in Riverside and once in Murrieta), and each time, he is nothing short of amazing. To top it off, he is so honest, and that is truly something rare these days. We accidentally overpaid and he is even sending a check for the reimbursement! I mean who does that these days guys?!? Reggie was great, we need an inspector asap since we only have a 10 days window for inspection. I saw his reviews and specifically ask for him and not another person from his company. He gave me his earliest schedule and thankfully it accomodates the sellers schedule. I was running late informed him right away that my agent was there and when I got there he is almost done outside. He showed me all the problem areas even before the report which is not a biggie. I ask him questions since it is our 3rd house and he gave me a straight answer. He is also funny and friendly and made this easy for us. Highly recommend him and if we are going thru this process again I will definitely call him again. read more

I have to say Reggie was very pleasant to work with. He was honest and super responsive. I had some follow up questions regarding my inspection and he answered promptly. I've had other inspections done in the past by other companies and the person had some other younger guy do the work and I didn't think that was professional. Reggie does all the work himself and is very detailed. I will definitely call back if I need another inspection and I would recommend him for your inspection! read more

First and foremost, this was my first time ever buying a home and as anyone out there who has gone through the experience before knows that it can be a very stressful and time consuming process. So with that in mind I was really looking for someone to do a quality job and also help me along the way. Prior to hiring Reggie to do my home inspection, I researched and called around to see what the various differences between all the home inspectors are out there (price) and After speaking with about 6 or 7 inspectors over the phone, I realized Executive Inspections would be the best! Not only did they offer the best price around, Reggie told me over the phone that "without bashing the other guys, he thinks he does the best job because he's friendly and knowledgeable and will walk me through the entire process." And what really made me choose him was that he congratulated me on my new home purchase as he closed the call. Boy did he exceed expectations! He came out to the house before I even got there and he was already at work inspecting the deck. He thoroughly inspected all the plumbing, wiring, electrical, major appliances, windows, light fixtures, garage, crawl space, attic, you name it....he inspected it! Reggie was super friendly and courteous, he even cracked a few jokes at members of my family to lighten the mood a little. If you're in the market to purchase a house, hire Reggie. He has the best prices, the best service and is very knowledgeable! I couldn't be happier! A+++++++++++++++ read more

I was contacted by Executive Home Inspection within 5 minutes of requesting a second opinion home inspection quote. A professional and courteous inspector (Reggie), not only quoted a reasonable price, but was able to inspect the property the following Sunday morning. Reggie even beat me there, and was patiently waiting at the property 20 minutes early! He went right to work thoroughly inspecting the home and surrounding property leaving no stone unturned. He also discovered 5 more critical areas of concern that was not not stated in another company's previous report only a week earlier. Once he was completed, he answered all my questions (and I did have a lot of them) with patience, friendliness, and professionalism. The detailed/easy to read report was sent to me much earlier than expected. I would use Reggie again, and give him my highest recommendation. Thank you, Executive Home Inspection. read more
