Reggie inspected our new home in Crestline. Worked fast and gave a thorough report. Would recommend

This guy didn't find water damage. This is extremely terrible. Then there were broken roof tiles with water damage and mold in the attic , a giant crack in the foundation, a bad repair job from the previous owner leaking water from the sink drain into the wall causing more mold. Obvious things that I could've found, but I hired this clown to do it, thinking he was a professional. I hired a real pro, and the contrast was amazing. This guy walked around with his GFI detector, and the pros walked around with thermal imaging cameras to detect the water damage. This guy peaked his head in the attic and looked from the ground at the roof. The real pros went in the attic and walked the roof. I can't think of it all right now. It's a nightmare. Get a pro. read more

I recommend EHI to ANYONE looking for a home inspection. Reggie was extremely flexible with my schedule, came out early on a Saturday morning, he arrived earlier than we did and got started without us even being there yet. He was very professional, super friendly, thorough and efficient but still quick. He broke my report down for me in the end so it was very easy to understand his findings. He walked me through each of his findings in the house and explained them in detail and offered me excellent advice on how to proceed with his findings after. I can't say enough good about them and his price was well-below what I paid for my last home inspection so I didn't quite expect the same level of service but I got that and so much more. Great company, great inspector. You can't ask for better in this department. read more

Just wanted to give a shout out to Reggie! He was most helpful in helping me obtain the right certification I needed. Upfront and honest. I will definitely recommend him to anyone in need of his services and use him again when needed. Thank you Reggie! read more

Very professional and expeditious service. Inspector was very thorough and made sure to explain his report with all findings and recommendations. Very reasonable price for a 3100sq ft home. I highly recommend executive inspections. read more

I contacted Executive Home Inspection services for a home in another city. This would be an independent home inspection as the first one, by another individual was a false report. I asked the right questions with the First Inspection and I was truly disappointed with the results. I am far away, and Executive Home Inspection opened my eyes to what was really wrong the home I am about to close on within days. If it had NOT been for Executive Home Inspection Services, I would have a leaking roof, dangerous Fire place, Faulty water heater, and exposed wiring. I throughly recommend Executive Home Inspection Service for your servicing needs! read more

I wish I could add more start because Reggie is awesome! I work full time and can only do things on the weekends which is why I'm so grateful that Reggie was able to inspect my future home on the weekend. He responded quickly and had no problem answering my questions and provided a reasonable quote. My real estate was even impressed with his work! He was even able to work around a block party that the neighbors had at the time. Very professional and very thorough. I showed up after the inspection was done and he had no problem going through the home with me again and pointing out what he thought needed some work. He let me know when he sent the report. His report was very thorough and explained everything in detail. He sent me the inspection report in less that 48 hrs as well! read more

This site referred me to this company, and I'm glad it did. I think Reggie is the main inspector for Executive Inspections, and he assured me from the first conversation that he was able to handle inspecting an old (1920's) house I wanted to buy. It was a Sunday, and I could tell that Reggie wanted to spend his Sunday with his family, rather than work. Regardless, Reggie and I set up the appointment for that Sunday and he was on time, ready to work. I also noted how patient he was in listening to the owner as he followed him around almost every inch of the way with stories about the house. (I would have lost my cool and told the dude to "go sit down and watch TV or something!"). I'd give Executive Inspections 5 stars had it not been for a minor delay in the promised time that I was to receive the report. It was a delay of only hours, but on Sunday the 16th, I was promised that the report would be ready at noon Tuesday "at the very latest". It wasn't ready until 10:35 p.m. that evening, so now I had to listen to the owner constantly asking where the promised report was. Otherwise, you're dealing with a solid, reliable professional when you choose Executive Inspections. read more

From start to finish my experience with executive home inspection was great. I called and a real person answered which is always preferred over a machine. Reggie my inspector was on time and professional. He inspected the entire home and did not overlook the smallest details. His price was reasonable and he deserved every penny he really did his job. Super nice guy I highly recommend will be using in the future. I would like to add that thanks to this home inspection I was able to request for things to be fixed successfully. read more

It was a pleasure meeting Reggie at my inspection. Before we met though I received a phone call from Reggie an hour prior to the appointment giving me his ETA. I thought that was WOW, he was going to be all business; and sure enough he was on time ready to go to work. And work he did checking everything off of his list. Even checking to see if I had recalled Circuit Breakers on this new construction. I had him do the inspection at the same time I did the walk through with the builder's representative. Both went well, Reggie is very professional and I would recommend him to anyone purchasing real estate! read more

Had a great experience with them today! The inspector did a great job and he paid attention to every small detail. I was worried that if I hired an inspector that they would rush through the job. To start off it was nice that Executive Inspections answered the phone when I called. I can't tell you how many other inspection companies I called that didn't even answer the phone. I spoke to Reggie and he provided me a quote that was in the ball park; or even a little less, compared to other home inspection companies. Reggie came on a Sunday so I didn't have to take time off from work. He arrived early and had already started looking through the pool equipment prior to me arriving. He was EXTREMELY thorough and spent over 3.5 hours doing the inspection. He allowed me to walk with him while he performed the inspection and he showed and explained everything to me that he found wrong with the property. After completing the inspection he went over everything a second time with me and my wife showing us the preliminary report on his computer. Reggie promised me the completed report by Tuesday but he got it to me by Monday. I highly recommend Executive Inspections for your home inspection needs. read more
