We have been working with Claudio for more than two years now and he has always been delivery thorough, honest and complete inspections. Very clear and concise in reporting as well which helps our buyers a LOT but also gives sellers a very good reference on what they would need to look out for in the next property they are buying. Highly recommended and definitely great value given this is one of our biggest live decisions. read more

Claudio was recommended by a good friend and I can see why. I called Claudio for a general home inspection with very short notice and he delivered. He was super professional and was patient with our delays. He is honest and will not cut corners. The amount of knowledge he had was quite amazing. The report was delivered in a timely manner and was detailed and thorough. The report included photos, videos, and recommendations. I highly recommend Claudio for your general home inspection. read more

Thank you for the response. Page 244 you are referring to is our kitchen sink cabinet. That was noted on your inspection, mold remediation was done, and resolved prior to purchase. The two problems I am referring to in my review are: 1) The master bath had two vanities damaged by leaky supply valves not noted by your inspection which led to water damage and subsequent mold damage. 2) The guest bath had bath tub pipes not attached at all that we found when we noted water pouring out from our HVAC unit. This was definitely not mentored in your report... trust me..I wish it was. We've tried remediation via the home warranty but their inspector denied this and said it should have been found on pre- inspection. read more

This was our first experience working with Claudio but we were very impressed by his attention to detail and how doggedly he will work to understand an issue with the property. He spent nearly the entire day going through our property and identified a number of issues we never would have noticed. When he couldn't figure out what a switch on the wall operated, he spent ten minutes working the problem and discovered a major issue in how the switch was wired. This one discovery gives us a lot of things to consider about how the rest of the electrical was done. He is worth every penny. read more

Claudio did an outstanding job inspecting a home I'm purchasing in Norco, CA. I've had inspections before, but nothing even close to this level of detail. He delivered a 261‑page report that documented every issue, big and small with clear explanations and photos. He caught multiple gas leaks, identified outlets that were labeled as GFI‑protected but weren't, and pointed out dozens of things I never would've noticed on my own. Because of his thoroughness, I was able to request repairs for every issue, and the seller agreed to fix them. After the work was completed, Claudio came back out to reinspect everything and make sure it was done correctly. That follow through meant a lot me. He's incredibly professional, hardworking, and clearly takes pride in what he does. As a veteran, he brings a level of discipline and attention to detail that truly sets him apart. Thanks to him, I feel confident knowing the home is safe and all electrical and gas issues have been resolved. Highly recommend! read more

Within just 30 minutes into the inspection, they found 1/2 the foundation was damaged, water drainage problems, bad roof, electrical out of code, and mold! I stopped the inspection and withdrew my offer. They just did a full inspection on a different house and Sent me a 256 page report with pictures and videos. Claudio and George came highly recommended by my realtor friend, who tries to use them every chance he can get. I needed someone to inspect my new build before my 1 year warranty expired so I gave them a call. Both Claudio and George arrived on time and were very thorough inspecting both the interior and exterior of my place. I had a ton of questions about the house for them and they patiently answered all of them while also explaining what I needed to do in order to keep everything in tip top shape. They were also the first workers to have come into my place and not walked everywhere with their shoes on. They brought their own booties which was just next level consideration and care. Most importantly, their report was incredibly detailed and informative. It was 160 pages! They pointed out areas where water leaks might have occurred and what might have caused it. They also found out one of our vents was never unsealed which was causing our fan to be super noisy. Thanks Claudio & George! read more
