Online scheduling, online review and approval of documents, and online payments were a snap. Fantastic customer service. This business performed two home inspections on my behalf as a sight unseen buyer from afar. We found A Better Home Inspection by looking to Yelp reviews, which were many and glowing. Rightly so. Joe was our inspector, and he was actually early and got some visuals done before we even arrived. During the course of the inspection, he was extremely thorough, professional and communicative. He explained what he was going to do and how. After the inspection, we had our report within moments as Joe took the time to patiently walk us through it. I've bought houses before, and he was easily the best inspector I've ever worked with. At the end of the inspection, we took pictures and he gave us avocados (it's a Fallbrook thing). The report itself was well-presented and easy to understand, and came with a follow-up program to assess the extent and cost of potential repairs. Amazing! The final bill was consistent with those of other inspectors, but in truth it was a value, because I feel like we got more for the money (our agent said likewise).
