He has full of knowledge in home building process, which will help you to navigate the process with peace of mind. He is professional, friendly, and detailed-oriented. He will provide a thorough report that you can use to work with the builder (make sure to double check this with the builder as some of them will not be flexible). As a first home buyer, my wife and I did not have a full understanding of what to look for when we were inspecting homes with the builder. Many inspectors did not provide pre-drywall walkthrough, but Hoss offered the service! We asked Hoss to first complete the pre-drywall and he helped us with finding some issues that got addressed by the builder before they put up the drywall. Recently, I needed a home inspector asap. Like yesterday. I called 3 home inspectors on Yelp, but the first response I got came in 5 minutes later from someone I didn't intend to contact. They didn't take the time to explain any of it or thoroughly poke in areas that should be poked. Since I renovate myself, I kept findings things they didn't. I got fat binders of nothing.
