My agent recommended these guys and I hired them for $350.They missed a number of things (faulty shower door, cracked bathroom counter top, kitchen hot water faucet plus a few other things that they said were not in the contract ). Actually, there were other things they explained away that were not in the contract. READ THE FINE PRINT!!!! There are so many competent home inspectors in our area. I wish I could give these people 0 stars. Worst inspection ever. They sent Randy Schweitzer over to inspect the house we were buying while going through escrow. This guy made it seem like he was being thorough but he was way off. Here's the list list of things he failed to mention to us after the inspection Damaged base boards Garage door not working. Faulty water system 7 slipped tiles on the roof including an area that was fully exposed. Damaged piping under kitchen sink. These are all things that should have been mentioned in the inspection but were not. After escrow closed and we moved in we realized all these things and had to pay out of pocket. I even reached out to this Randy character about my concerns and I was ignored! Not worth the $350 inspection fee. Stay away from this company. Very Bad business. Your better off doing the property inspection yourself. read more

Tommy arrived right on time and took a few hours to inspect and take photos of numerous things through the interior and exterior of the house. At the end, he presented all of his findings and recommendations in what he noticed. He was very thorough and simplified it for me whenever I had a question about one of his findings. I went through Archive Property Inspection based on the Yelp reviews and also because they're BBB certified. My inspector, Tom, did a great job! He was very thorough in his inspection and very professional. He even found an issue in the attic that must have been missed by the inspectors from the previous homeowners. Tom was easy to talk to and passed down a lot of information regarding the house, such as when to replace certain items in the future and what to monitor in usual wear and tear of the house. He didn't mind me walking through the inspection with him, he actually encouraged it. The inspection report was emailed to me the SAME DAY as the inspection! Just had a home inspection done yesterday on 3/1/17 and spoke with Steve, got everything scheduled real nice and easy. So Tommy the inspector showed up right on time to the minute. This guy went through the whole house and checked everything, on the roof, in the attic, I mean everything. He found the smallest little things you wouldn't even think to look for.
