We're in the process of purchasing our first home together and our realtor suggested we make a list of home inspectors to take a look at the property. Needless to say, Jason was our top choice. Jason is an AMAZING home inspector! If I could give him more stars, I would. We found him through friends who had just recently purchased a home in the area. On their recommendation, we called Jason up to come look at a house that we were in Escrow for. Not only was he able to do it on short notice, he also spent so much time getting to know the house and took the time to explain all of the issues with it in full detail. The roof on the property we were looking at was completely shot and needed to be repaired but the seller refused to even help out with the costs so we decided to back out.
