During inspection I pointed out a water spot in the bottom drawer of my sink, he dismissed it and said he ran the water already and nothing showed. We moved in, leaking exactly where I had said. My realtor was nice enough to send a plumber out at his expense. We removed the mirror that was hanging in our bathroom and we found a huge water stain. We were advised to keep an eye on it for a few weeks to see if it gets worse. Surprise, it got worse. Much worse. There are spots bleeding through the entire wall of the bathroom. There is a spot growing mold. Parts of the wall are soft. There is water coming up from the floor. I asked Nick so many questions and obviously made a huge mistake in trusting in to inspect my home. My first home. We are beyond devastated at the road ahead we have to expect to get all of this fixed now. Please save yourself the headache and find a better inspection company. Stay for your entire inspection, test things yourself, lift everything off the walls, advocate HARD for something that you know is off. Would never recommend them.
