Disappointed does not even begin to describe how I feel about the inspection that was done on my home. I asked all the right questions and pointed out anything I saw suspicious and Nick assured me that it was not something to worry about. During inspection I pointed out a water spot in the bottom drawer of my sink, he dismissed it and said he ran the water already and nothing showed. We moved in, leaking exactly where I had said. My realtor was nice enough to send a plumber out at his expense. We removed the mirror that was hanging in our bathroom and we found a huge water stain. We were advised to keep an eye on it for a few weeks to see if it gets worse. Surprise, it got worse. Much worse. There are spots bleeding through the entire wall of the bathroom. There is a spot growing mold. Parts of the wall are soft. There is water coming up from the floor. I asked Nick so many questions and obviously made a huge mistake in trusting in to inspect my home. My first home. We are beyond devastated at the road ahead we have to expect to get all of this fixed now. Please save yourself the headache and find a better inspection company. Stay for your entire inspection, test things yourself, lift everything off the walls, advocate HARD for something that you know is off. Would never recommend them. read more

Nick was great! I wanted an inspection of a newly built home in Audie Murphy Ranch that I am about to move into basically for piece of mind but also to make sure the construction was done right. Contacted a few inspectors through Yelp. He was the first to respond back and he did so very quickly. I interacted with him through Yelp a number of times and, again, he was quick to give me answers so I decided on him. I was also conferring with my real estate agent. He thought Nick was both right on price and with his answers vs. the other inspectors I contacted. On the day of the inspection with Nick, he was already at the house, talking with the builder's people and inspecting the outside of it at the time we agreed to meet and start. We met briefly and he told me it would take a few hours to complete so I came back a bit more than a couple of hours later. Perfect timing and he then went though the entire home - both inside and out - with me not only to show me the mostly minor issues he discovered but also to help teach me about the many aspects of caring for the newly built home I am about to move into. He said his report would be ready 24 hours later and he was right on time sending the report via email (to both myself and my real estate agent). 36 pages with lots of photos. The builder's people were quite impressed and happy to review his extensive report especially because of his numerous photos - with arrows inserted pointing to the problems - which helped them easily identify the issues. They immediately started to correct the issues that he found. At 11 months before my first year warranty is up on my brand new home, I plan on having him come back and do another inspection. Instead of doing the inspection (like any other inspector would have done) he agreed to return at a later date to do the FULL inspection and to get our money's worth. Let me start off by saying I picked the right guy for my home inspection. I was going with another guy at first, but they just weren't flexible with appointments.
