Great service. I'm a real estate agent and was in escrow on a property. We had a terrible inspector who gave us a completely useless inspection. The Inspection Report was thorough, the web portal made everything accessible all in one place. The Inspection Results were available same day and was viewable within the web portal. Brent Bender was available to answer questions and/or concerns right away within the same day. The price to inspect an 1,100 sqft property from top to bottom was very affordable. Brent is awesome!!! Thorough and well detailed home inspection service is what you can expect with Bender's Inspection Services. Very affordable, I used Brent's services for 2 pre-purchase home inspections. Each report was timely (same day service) and thorough with very detailed pictures, organized in sections to find what you want quickly, and additional educational resources to help you better understand what you are reading about. Lastly, if you are present at the end he will verbally and physically (where possible) show you key issues viewed during the inspection. I don't hesitate is saying that you are getting an expert inspection when you use Bender's and will not be disappointed. I highly recommend using him when you want an objective detailed inspection. read more

Brent of Benders Inspection Services did an inspection on the home that I'm selling. He was very respectful, organized, though in the findings of the home that needed to be fixed or problems that should be fixed but were not urgent. The report is something that the new homeowners will be able to refer to presently and future. I was impressed with his inspection that I've had him inspect the new house that I'm buying. The report is something that I will be able to use and know what are the priorities and what are recommendations. I was supprised how quickly I received the report. If and when I move and buy again I will use Brent. read more
