Bryan did an amazing job inspecting the entire house. He did the exterior first inspecting the roof, then exterior walls, electrical panels, if there were any possible rodent entrances, etc.. Then inspected the inside for electrical, plumbing, smoke alarms, water damage, doors, sewer lines, everything! The next day I received my report showing some minor issues that we had missed during the initial inspection and was glad to find out they were all still under the builder warranty. He was responsive from quote to completion and his service fee is very reasonable with a high value. His inspection report was thorough and easy to understand and he answered all of my questions that I had on the report on a follow-up call. Don't be discouraged that he doesn't provide sewer camera services. It's best to use a third party plumber because if there is an issue found by a home inspector, you'll have to double pay for a plumber inspection anyway and the plumber will be able to give you an instant quote for repairs. That's what I did and I worked out fine.

He told us many times "sorry, this is good as I can do, it's a bundle deal", which made us uncomfortable feeling like he was hiding prices from us. After obtaining additional estimates from other contractors, we were advised that several of the smaller handyman-type items included in the proposal appeared to be significantly overpriced. As a result, we requested that those items be removed from the scope of work. However, despite removing multiple services, the overall project cost remained essentially unchanged, which further raised concerns. We ultimately decided to limit the project to repairing our shower pan leak. At that point, Nathan informed that the company could no longer do business with us. Unfortunately, this left us feeling that the focus was more on maximizing the project value than on addressing our actual needs as customers. We value transparency, clear communication, and flexibility when making significant home improvement decisions, and our experience did not reflect those expectations.
