They sent the inspector, his name was Scott. He was kind & patient (when he arrived I was wrapping up with someone else). He called ahead to confirm when he was 30 minutes out. He was thorough and also asked great questions. After his inspection he walked me through some of his findings saying it would be elaborated in the full report. Another termite company had said I needed major fumigation on a building that Scott said had no termite issues & the "termite feces" was actually from crickets. You know how you get a good feeling from someone , I got that from Sonya & Scott. I was so grateful for his honest reporting as well. I can't recommend DeBolt enough to anyone even considering them, do it!
