Rob came to our rescue on a grand scale. We had a huge beehive, much larger than we even knew, that had to be removed immediately. But another company confused our order and failed to show. Rob is the ultimate bee whisperer. After a very long day already, he showed close to dusk with equipment ready. He spent several hours coaxing out his beloved bees, filming as he went. The nest ran the entire length of the floorboards under one end of our desert house that sits on braces. There were thousands and thousands of them, beautiful, really. Rob estimated the hive was about two years old, the buzzy occupants living happily and undisturbed. If you want someone that does a thorough job, loves his work, is way reliable, and is super knowledgeable, bring in Rob with BeeSmart Bee Removal. (several other bee companies were contacted- NONE replied). Robert's employee explained that he was sadly too far from me but he told me that his boss Robert would come over as soon as he was done with another job. Robert was here within an hour! It was a Saturday morning and some neighbors who were helping me with the weeds that had overgrown due to the recent rains, were attacked by the bees that made a home in my water well. I thank Robert of BeeSmart so much. I can't tell you what a relief it was to get rid of the bees that were invading my front porch. I like to be outside and the bees were making impossible. Robert was like a detective hunting down all the clues to the bee's intention of making a home under my wooden table. I learned a lot about them from Robert. Was available to us Sat. for live removal when no one else was. Bees in the wall through a small hole and big outfit guys claimed I needed to tear open the exterior wall for a healthy price not to mention my own repair after. However, since it was a new infestation Robert from BeeSmart knew that there were other options to try first. He utilitzed some very smart tools, customized techniques and significant knowledge of bees to get the bees out of that hole with only one additional small hole needed. I called Ron's Bee Removal on a Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend. He made arrangements to come to my house the following Tuesday. He kept in contact and let me know when he was on his way. Him and his assistant removed a 5 gallon bucket of honeycomb, honey, and dead bees from under my roof tiles. He took pictures and cleaned up the mess that was made during the process. This company used INDOOR wood trim moulding for the exterior of the home. Since the owners paid, we complained to the sellers agent, and Tropical Heat then proceeded to replace only one section of the wrong wood with plywood. Now my crawlspace and garage have wood not acceptable for outside use. The company REFUSED to correct the issue. AVOID this company at all costs, they only use the cheapest materials possible.
