We had a couple of problem skunks ambling around our yard, so the good folks at Natalie's came out to set traps for them. Tiffaney was nine months pregnant and already overdue, but she came along and was very friendly while her husband Dave set the traps. As luck would have it, we caught Pepé Le Pew a couple of days later, and when I texted Natalie's to let them know to pick up my stinky friend, Tiffaney texted back that she was in the hospital giving birth but would get someone over to help. Wow! A couple of hours later a nice young guy came by, whisked my polecat away, and reset the trap. It was a seamless removal and no critters were harmed. A couple of weeks later Tiffaney and Dave returned to pick up the traps with a beautiful BIG baby boy in tow. The second skunk eluded us and continues to trot around the place each night, but we'll try again later. I won't hesitate to call Natalie's again -- both price and service were great.

Last year Ryan came out and found 6 colonies and I had no more ants, but this year it did not work. THE ANTS MULTIPLIED AND DOUBLED. When Ryan left last week, he said to call him if I had any problems, however, when I contacted him via several text messages and 3 phone calls, here is what I got: " He texted that he had a birthday party and would be out of town till early next week." I texted back and asked when he'd return and be available. He texted and said Tuesday and Wednesday. Moving forward, he never contacted me further, he choice to TOTAL GHOST ME. I'm a nice kind person and I did PAY RYAN CASH, however, I refuse as a customer TO BE GHOSTED AND TREATED IN SUCH A DEPLORABLE MANNER. Rob came to our rescue on a grand scale. We had a huge beehive, much larger than we even knew, that had to be removed immediately. But another company confused our order and failed to show. Rob is the ultimate bee whisperer. After a very long day already, he showed close to dusk with equipment ready. He spent several hours coaxing out his beloved bees, filming as he went. The nest ran the entire length of the floorboards under one end of our desert house that sits on braces. There were thousands and thousands of them, beautiful, really. Rob estimated the hive was about two years old, the buzzy occupants living happily and undisturbed. It was a Saturday morning and some neighbors who were helping me with the weeds that had overgrown due to the recent rains, were attacked by the bees that made a home in my water well. Being that it was a weekend, I wasn't really hopeful that I would get a professional out to do an inspection, but when I called Robert he answered right away. Was available to us Sat. for live removal when no one else was. Bees in the wall through a small hole and big outfit guys claimed I needed to tear open the exterior wall for a healthy price not to mention my own repair after. However, since it was a new infestation Robert from BeeSmart knew that there were other options to try first. He utilitzed some very smart tools, customized techniques and significant knowledge of bees to get the bees out of that hole with only one additional small hole needed. They used Tropical Heat, who inspected the property and determined it needed to be tented and termite damaged wood needed to be replaced. This company used INDOOR wood trim moulding for the exterior of the home. Since the owners paid, we complained to the sellers agent, and Tropical Heat then proceeded to replace only one section of the wrong wood with plywood. Now my crawlspace and garage have wood not acceptable for outside use. The company REFUSED to correct the issue. AVOID this company at all costs, they only use the cheapest materials possible.
