Professional Pest Management? More like professional idiots. My girlfriend and I live in an…read moreapartment complex and we have been seeing ants in the kitchen and cockroaches in our bathroom, our living room and even in the kitchen. We submitted a work request to the apartment complex for pest control to come three times and these idiots NEVER show up all three times! They keep on telling the apartment complex we'll come back Thursday or we'll come back Monday, by the time Thursday or Monday comes around these idiots never show up and me and my girlfriend become furious at them and are forced to live with ants and cockroaches inside of our apartment thanks these idiots! Plus my girlfriend saw their truck parked outside of the complex parking lot today and they NEVER came inside of our apartment to take care of the ant and cockroach problem! Therefore, I would highly suggest that you find a different professional pest management company that you can trust to get the job done not this unprofessional pest management company!

He proceeded to let me know that my attic was damaged by all the rats and my insulation needed to be removed and replaced and the entire attic needed to be sanitized to the price of around $15,000! Mind you I had 3 other companies come out and not one of them told me this information. I asked. In fact, my attic access area was open for quite a while each time a Professional went up there, and I didn't smell anything at all. I was told by the other others that I probably had one rat in my attic. In addition, Joseph Shepard left and said that he would email me an estimate with Photos and he never did. I would run far away from this company. I will be leaving positive reviews for all the other companies I interviewed with. I ultimately chose one, but the others were 1000% better than ORKIN.

It's a flat fee and when they are all gone, they will help you make sure nobody can get back in and sanitize places in your house if needed. However, the guy that comes out, Frank, is awesome. They had trouble with their e-mail system early on and Frank just started making sure he came out every week, personally. I do recommend them; just know it can be hard to get them on the phone. As for how they are doing? 8 down and I hope very few to go. Rats, not exterminators.
