His pricing was very fair, and I decided I wanted to use their services same day if possible. And we did! He had everything he needed right in his truck which I appreciated. He immediately got to work setting traps, placing commercial-grade black boxes, clearing cobwebs, and spraying for bugs. Even better, they use kid- and pet-friendly practices, which gave me peace of mind as a mom. The next day, after we caught two rats overnight, I called again to ask if it was possible for more traps. AJ answered the phone quickly and was just as helpful--they arranged for more traps to be delivered the very next day and even offered same-day disposal if we needed it. Not only is the service top-notch and incredibly responsive, but it's also a small local business--which makes supporting them feel even better. We recently moved into a new home in the Winchester area and found a black widow near one of our doors, so we started looking for a local pest control company for both black widow treatment and general pest prevention and we got recommended to Pest Strike from a family friend. From the first conversation with April while scheduling the service to Jason completing the treatment, the entire experience was great. They were very easy to talk to, professional, responsive, and made the process easy from start to finish. Jason texted before arriving, showed up on time, and immediately took the time to answer all questions. He never made us feel rushed and was very knowledgeable about pest control, treatment schedules, and preventative measures. He explained how long the treatments last, what to expect, and what we could do to help keep pests away between visits. The service itself was very thorough. He treated the exterior, interior, and garage, removed cobwebs, and addressed our concerns about black widows and general pest activity around the home. Really impressed with how easy the entire process was from scheduling the appointment and getting questions answered to the service itself and payment afterward. The pricing was very fair, transparent, and there was no pressure, upselling, and long-term contracts. April and Jason were awesome to work with! Excellent customer service and they were able to schedule me the same day. Jason went above and beyond in making sure all our issues were well taken care of. He took his time and dewebbed all areas outdoors including patio furniture, kids toys and fences.
