This week I needed a termite inspection on my house. My inspection was carried out by John. He is such a pleasant and professional guy. John took the time to tell me exactly what my infestation situation was and I really appreciate the way he presented the reality of my situation to me. Next up, Jeremy came to my house to complete part 2 of the work. Jeremy was awesome too. He was polite and careful during these times of COVID, my wife and I really appreciated that as well. Last but not least, Chris came out to the house to help us better understand what the situation was with a recent sighting of a field mouse in our backyard. The greenflash team is very responsive to messages and quote request on Yelp. When I called, of all the vendors I contacted they were the only one that offered to send out a tech to do an inspection before putting me on a template plan or rate, which I can really appreciate. Chris came out to do an inspection promptly on the day of the appointment. He was friendly, professional, and thorough. Explained everything in clear and concise matter, even pointed out a couple of issues that I've missed. He was able to get me on their next immediate availability just 3 days out. We just had our first service. Chris was very efficient. Finished our entire house, inside and out, both front and backyard, as well as the garage, in less than an hour. He followed everything up with a call in the end after he left and let me know how everything went. Overall just very professional and great attention to detail. John Tanner came to my home for the Termite inspection. Unfortunately the result showed my house got termites. He explained the inspection result and gave me the quote breakdown. He was professional and knowledgeable. Their quote was very reasonable. I eventually chose to do the fumigation treatment through Green Flash. When I told my neighbor with whom I shared a wall about the upcoming treatment. They had some concerns. John patiently answered all their calls and their questions. I am blown away at how I have had a contract with source pest control for years and never has my home been given the attention it was today!! SO excited that Green Flash offers service out here now! Chris came out and did a thorough job of sending all the bugs/spiders/ants/gnats packing. He was patient while I explained the issues we'd been having and showed him where the biggest trouble spots were. He taught me about BROWN widows...which I had never heard of before.
