I cannot recommend this company enough. They went above and beyond to make sure we had our bee problem taken care of. We had contacted multiple companies and this was the best option by far. We have talked to multiple bee removal companies, and did not receive half the help that we did from this company. Cannot thank them enough. read more

Quality work. I researched three different pest companies and I went with my gut to go with Los Amigos. I'm very pleased with the communication, the professionalism, friendliness and attention to detail to the work being done. I needed a solution for rats eating my vegetable garden, as well as the odd American cockroach seen in our kitchen and one in our garage. The technician, Luis, was quick to respond to my texts, came to our home with good timing within his ETA window and inspected the exterior perimeter with me, including my attic. Four rat bait stations were put down, as well as preventative measures for cockroaches and ants. Whilst in the house, the technician was courteous and polite, used booties to protect his shoes inside our house which is a very nice touch as I have a 2 year old toddler. He educated me on everything he did. After leaving, an invoice was sent electronically with a detailed outline of what was done as well as photos to prove the work. Paying online was also a breeze. No obligation to be in contract, but we have agreed to a monthly check up for the rats and then to every other month - quarterly visit once rats have died off. For what we paid, I would say it is well worth the price. I would highly recommend Luis at Los Amigos to anyone in need of pest services within Menifee area. Thank you for the great work. PS it's been a week and no rats have eaten my produce since the bait stations have been put down. read more

I called on a Saturday evening and was surprised to get an answer especially when everyone else was closed. They scheduled me for Sunday morning, which was incredibly convenient. Unlike other pest control companies that try to push contracts, the technician simply explained that he could resolve my cockroach issue in a couple of visits and he did. I really appreciated the transparency and professionalism. The staff was knowledgeable, and I'm now considering a monthly plan for preventative care. read more
