I did receive multiple quotes from others and have consultations with other pest control companies but ultimately Jason was very open and honest about what his service includes and what to expect from it which was a plus. I also think his pricing/plans he offers are very reasonable and fair for the service he provides .

Because I had already sunk the $150 into the visit, I felt stuck and felt like I had no choice but to just pay the higher amount to get the job done. While the service itself was fine, the communication felt misleading. Just a heads-up to future customers: make sure to get your initial quote details and promotional offers in writing before they show up.

If you are considering Gallant Pest Control, they do stand behind their warranty, but in my case the treatments did not eliminate the roach problem.

This firm was hired by a law enforcement agency after I made a complaint against one of their…read moreofficers for making false claims against me (including accusing me of a crime) under oath. While the officer was off duty during these proceedings, they identify themselves by rank and agency - so, essentially making these statements under the color of authority. The agency chose not to do anything, but sent me a letter blowing me off and saying they did a full investigation. I was never contacted by anyone after making the actual complaint, but a sergeant apparently said they interviewed me on a certain date over the phone. I was contacted to do an interview with Mr. Briones and I gave him all the evidence showing multiple times the officer lied under penalty of perjury in official court proceedings, and gave him proof that the supposed phone interview on the date given by the sergeant didn't happen. He apparently just dropped the investigation, as I never heard from him again even as I was emailing him about the officer continuing to perjure themselves. To this day, the officer's misconduct continues, and it looks like this firm is just as on board with the dishonesty as the department.

I am a landlord. Both our tenants in Lake Elsinore complained about hundreds of earwigs. We worked with Louis who was not only VERY low priced, but he is the very best at what he does. He got rid of the earwig problem sprayed the inside carpets and all baseboards (very happy tenants), BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY he told us where the problem came from (see photos): old mouse traps left around the outside of the house. The earwigs ate the bait inside, and drank the water under the traps. Now we have a bug prevention contract with them.
