This man is a liar and a scammer!!! DO NOT BOOK HIM, he is not trustworthy. He is very shady and should not be allowed to operate. Women and the elderly PLEASE BEWARE!!! DO NOT BOOK ROKA, the man will look directly at you, tell you there's issues that DON'T EXIST just to get your money. What a horrible person he is! Also, he thinks women are stupid. Love Roka, they're always so professional and friendly and get the job done. They're also one of the only companies I can find that do a one time spray without signing a contract. I didn't want to sign for any constant service, I like to just call when I need a spray. Use them! You won't be disappointed. :) read more

First the good news and then the bad... QUICK SERVICE: Contacted ROKA through Yelp and he came out for same day service - this part was great as we had something (racoon sized) die under our house. QUICK REMOVAL: He came out, got under the house and removed the animal within 20 minutes. THE BAD: ROKA didn't bring enough bags, asked me for Glaad bags and when I didn't have heavy black plastic, he improvised with what he had - wrapped it up in several bags and then unknown to me dumped it in my trash can. Obviously not proper disposal of a "wild animal" per https://wildlife.ca.gov/Conservation/Laboratories/Wildlife-Health/Monitoring/Protocols MORE BAD: After the animal was removed, ROKA went on to discuss other "issues under the house". NO PICTURES were taken of what he said he saw - I asked for pictures and he said he didn't take any and wouldn't go back to take them. He said we had active termite tubes, lots of rat evidence, falling insulation, etc... and to do all this and seal the area it would cost around $700. THEN THE UP-SALE and nasty comments about the female house inspector: after he was finished with wrapping up the animal, he asked if I got an inspection when I bought the house on April 28, 2022 and if I had a realtor? I said yes, we went with EliteGroup (April 2022) which are cert. house inspectors referred by relators who did take pictures of everything including under the house and it looked fine. He said who was the inspector and when I mentioned her first name - he said "OH, it was a girl?! She doesn't know what she's doing." I said nothing... and he then went on berate the female inspector to me (a female)... REALLY? I couldn't believe his disrespect and then he then went on to say it would cost $3000 to complete it all. WATCH OUT people... ask for pictures, don't buy into the up-sale. If you want speedy carcass removal - call him, but get a second opinion on pest control. Aug 2022: I got a second opinion from a professional termite/pest service and they did a very thorough job. RESULT: inactive termite tubes, some fallen insulation and no rats. To build an enclosure to the under-house entry + deal with all termite stuff and seal it - $550. And I don't need to do this until I see active termites... the inspection was free too! read more

We discovered carpenter ants inside our home a few weeks ago. We normally let bugs be but carpenter ants can cause a lot of wood damage so they had to go. Roka Pest Management to the rescue! Elias expertly took care of our unwanted guests and was very sensitive to the fact that we didn't want to use anything that would harm our backyard bees. We chose Roka because they are eco-friendly and Elias didn't disappoint. We highly recommend them! read more

I recently purchased a house in manufacturing. Nice big backyard and front included. After the 1st year I started feeling like I was in Caddy Shack. I started chasing gopher holes one After another. I must have tried every repellent that they made to get rid of gophers And nothing even came close to working. I finally gave in and called a professional .. I called And spoke to several. As soon as I found Elias with Roka Pest management, I knew I found my pest management professional. He came over did not try to sell me the world took care of me. The price was very reasonable.. He truly seemed like he cared and is going to stay on top of my problem. This Proud Marine is very happy. read more

Very nice. Quick to respond and answer questions. Was able to come out the next day to help us.

I had rats for a long time in my property and every rodents company promises that they can get rid of them but always falls short. I felt like giving up and accepting them as roommates. A friend gave me rokas pest management number so I was why not one more try wont hurt. The way they spoke on the phone gave me hope. They cam and installed traps and sealed up any entry ways they can get in or out. Just from the first visit I noticed alot quieter. After the second visit I was able to sleep without hearing any scratches in the walls. I was expecting a big bill but was shocked how affordable they are. Very content with the results and professionalism they gave. Thank you again roka pest management read more

Needed an inspection report for our cash out refinance at escrow. Contacted Roka Pest Management based on the reviews written. Received an immediate response for a date and time but rescheduled for the next day to fit my schedule. We made the right decision and was not disappointed. He was on time as scheduled. The outside and inside inspection went smoothly and professional. No issues were found and he explained what and where he would be inspecting along with going over the inspection when completed. And what impressed us the most is he put on booties when he entered our home for that part of the inspection as we remove our shoes in our home. May be a small thing but it was a show of respect for us. We have his business card and will definitely utilize his services again when we need it. I highly recommend you consider the services of Roka Pest Management for your needs in this area. We were completely satisfied and confident you will be too. read more
