We've used Local Bug Guy for a few years now! We are very happy with them. Their communication is awesome! They let us know when we are scheduled in advance, then text when they're on their way. They send a report immediately after the service & then check in with us a week or so after to make sure all is well. The Local Bug Guys just left and they did an amazing job. I have been inundated with ants 3 times in the last 8 month. There products are organic. They sprayed ant killer outside and they sprayed a repellent inside along the baseboards. The products they use are are not adverse to animals or people. The customer service is excellent and the guy that sprays for us is excellent as well. He always greets us with a great attitude and make sure our entire area is sprayed without missing any areas. That would be enough by itself, but (the three techs) I have dealt with are top of the line in both a top grade in the quality of their work and in knowledge of the product they use. We thought we may have had a bug problem after seeing a couple of bugs in our garage. I hit the panic button and called this company after seeing their truck around town. The person I spoke with on the phone was friendly and helpful and worked with our schedule to have someone come out to take a look. When the bug guy arrived he was also friendly and helpful. He took a good look around and found that we did not have a bug problem and recommended we get a monthly service to prevent ants and spiders. We politely declined for the time being, but will remember this company should we need their services in the future! read more

I've been using Local bug guy for at least 2 years now, and I'm very happy with their services! Oscar is my tech and he is very kind and accommodating. He always sweeps the window sills to get any potential webs and sprays the exterior generously. If I ever need my garage sprayed occasionally or if I still am seeing bugs, they come out again if you need them to no problem, although I don't think I've ever needed them to come back before their next scheduled visit. I also love their automated system, so I know when they were there or are coming. So far very good!! :) read more

Emmanuel fit me in one day, into a very busy schedule due to ant season. Didnt try to coax me into a more convenient day. When he got here I did tell him I was sick, but wouldnt be answering the door after that. I dont know if this is typical for the company, but Emmanuel brought in my trash cans. Their service is always great and their staff is friendly, respectable and always communicate with us about when they're coming and what they'll be doing. You can be on a certain service plan, but they're pretty good about coming out at any moment should you need the extra service. I've been a customer of Local Bug Guy (on and off) for years, and recently called them back after finally admitting to myself that living in this area really requires a pest control service. I called up LBG and asked if Mike (who serviced our home in the past) was still around, and he was. A few days later Mike showed up and it was like seeing an old friend again, he commented on all the changes we made to the house and remembered previous conversations like it was yesterday. Mike is really quick to respond to urgent issues and pays attention to the problem areas that you're experiencing. On the most recent visit I commented on the number of spider webs in our patio and he made sure to spray and clean out all the webs he saw. Since then we haven't had any spider webs in the area and my wife and kids are finally able to enjoy the area I'm really appreciative that the service from LBG and our service guy Mike has remained unchanged throughout the years and we'll continue to be a loyal customer. read more

I have had service with LOCAL Bug Guy for at least a few years now or more, on a quarterly maintenance plan, and they are great! Mike is the gentleman who takes care of the buggies at my house, outside. However, today I needed a spray inside as I have noticed sporadic carpet beetles :-0. I contacted LOCAL Bug Guy and they responded the same day within hours. Mike was able to come out the following day which is today and spray the affected areas inside my house, and will come back in a week if needed. I am writing to say that LOCAL Bug Guy is a great company for your buggie issues. The customer service is outstanding. I have never had any issues with their work nor employees. They respond quickly when you reach out to them, same day. They will come out if you need an extra spray. I have used the big corporate companies before, no issues but standard work. We are very happy with the local bug guy's service. We rarely have any bugs and for $99 a quarter you can't beat it. What we also love is that if between quarterly sprays there is a bug issue (i.e. Ants in the summer yuck) they will come right back out till you're satisfied. for free!
