The issue is I CAN NEVER GET A HOLD OF ANYONE. I keep leaving voicemails and NO ONE gets back to me to even schedule. What am I paying for? Clarence was professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in detail, answering all of my (many!) questions. His pricing was very fair, and I decided I wanted to use their services same day if possible. And we did! He had everything he needed right in his truck which I appreciated. He immediately got to work setting traps, placing commercial-grade black boxes, clearing cobwebs, and spraying for bugs. Even better, they use kid- and pet-friendly practices, which gave me peace of mind as a mom. The next day, after we caught two rats overnight, I called again to ask if it was possible for more traps. AJ answered the phone quickly and was just as helpful--they arranged for more traps to be delivered the very next day and even offered same-day disposal if we needed it.
