I was told by another company that I had rats in my attic and they gave me an estimate of $1,600 to trap. I got a referral from my community facebook page for this company and Donald came out and inspected my attic and took a video and showed me that there was no current rats in my attic and that I did not need traps or anything! He was so nice and also checked out a window that the other company said I had termites in and wanted to tent my whole house and he will be treating just the window not the entire house saving us thousands of dollars!
